LEVEL ONE
The first floor features the kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The living room contains a queen sofa bed, smart TV, and breakfast bar.

LEVEL TWO
The second floor features both bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom contains a king bed while the other features two queen beds, a single trundle bed, and a workspace.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. The unit is a guest home with a private entrance via a public alleyway. There is a fence separating the guest home from the main home on the property creating a private experience.

Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Some of our favorite local spots are Retrograde Coffee, East Nashville Beer Works, Redheaded Stranger, Shugga Hi Bakery & Cage, & Top Golf!

Nashville is an Uber/Lyft-friendly city. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city.

Any indication of smoking within the house will result in a $250 fine.

PET FRIENDLY
We welcome pets but require prior information about all pets staying on the property. An additional $100 cleaning fee per pet will apply. Failure to register pets or evidence of unregistered pets will incur a $250 fine. Service animals, with appropriate documentation, are exempt from the pet fee; however, emotional support animals are considered pets.

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.

EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

RULES
Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to activate their smart lock access code.
