Welcome to your perfect getaway! This spacious 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features an open-concept layout that invites relaxation and entertaining.
Enjoy a bright and airy living space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Inside you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for restful nights. The master bedroom has a queen size bed on the first floor includes an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Guest bedroom has a queen bed on the 2nd floor with its own en-suite. A twin size bed located in the loft area. Three modern bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests.
At the end of a great day of exploring or going to the local beaches step outside to your private patio, complete with a grill, ideal for barbecue dining while soaking in the fresh air.
Inside, you'll find all the comforts of home, with central AC, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a washer/dryer for your convenience. Cozy up on the sofa and stream your favorite shows on Netflix after a day of exploring the nearby attractions. All linens are included, including beach towels. The community center amenities including a pool, firepit, foosball table in the game room, and patio with comfortable furniture where you can relax and unwind. After a fun filled day gather around the firepit to relax and have s'mores under the stars. Beautiful beaches only 15 minutes away. Head downtown to the famous Dock square where you will find lots of local shops and great restaurants to explore. If you are a nature buff or love long walks, Cape Arundel has quiet neighborhoods to explore or venture out to hike the 68-mile Eastern Trail located at the end of the complex. You will have access to 2 heated swimming pools, lower pool is adults only after 2pm. Have fun in the game room, work out in the fitness center, or play some bocce and relax by the fire pit. Plenty to do for family fun of all ages. Local shops with Antiques, crafts, and much more to explore.
