We had a wonderful stay. The home was clean, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. Its location is perfect—just minutes from the wineries and Fredericksburg’s main town, making it easy to explore. We especially loved having the grill and hot tub, which made relaxing in the evenings a highlight of the trip.

Everything was clean and beautiful. Really enjoyed the stay faith our group. The only comment I can make is please add a full size mirror on the upstairs rooms or at least in the upstairs hallway. The only one available was in the master and with 3 different couples 2 of us had no access and made it a challenge to dress. But other than that small detail, the house is beautiful, comfortable and well priced. The community pool is chill and the porch seating is lovely. Great stay overall.

Great stay!

Our stay was wonderful for a group of 10. It was comfortable and just a couple of minutes away driving from Main St. Communication with our host was easy. Loved our visit!

Very Good

The location was wonderful and the house was very nice. Some suggestions would be: there was no hand soap in the primary, the hot tub was so chlorinated it was hard to sit in it for a long period, the ice maker was off, so there was no ice until day two, the freezer was not turned down enough to freeze until we adjusted it, again on day two it worked fine, the a/c could have been set a little cooler because it took it almost 24 hours to get to a good temperature, understanding that it was in the very high 90's during our stay, the batteries went out on the main bedrooms ceiling fan remote, so that did not work during the stay.

Great stay

The house was great had everything we needed , I would bring a baby gate if you have a baby as we did . I loved the fact that all rooms had tv’s .We had a great time.

The property was really nice - hot tub was spotless so we used it daily - the location was great! Away from the crazy downtown area but close enough to everything from wineries and trade days to downtown to make it easy to get around! The only issue was the door to the bedroom w 2 full/twin bunks would not close due to the location of the bed - this could be a plus if you have teens in there and want to keep a close eye on them but we were all adults - one of our guys was able to reposition it the second night so all was well - everything else was great!

Owners were easy to communicate with and always available. They answered any questions we had before, during and after our stay. House was easy to check in and in a great location. The property was clean, private and quiet. The check-out process was just as quick and easy and the check-in process. We would stay here again and recommend to others!

Lovely farmhouse close to town

We had a great stay! As a family of 4 with our dog, we felt very comfortable with ample space inside and out. The lovely updated farmhouse was very clean and organized. Great kitchen/dining area with everything you need. Loved the peaceful surroundings yet it’s very close to downtown Fredericksburg- just a few minutes drive. The hot tub was also really nice and private. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend it!

Lovely property and beautifully decorated and maintained home. We will absolutely be back to Fredericksburg and when we return will stay here again. Everything was clean and orderly. So many well-thought-out amenities and special touches.

Amazing location, amazing house!

The perfect spot for a family stay! Everything was so easy from the very beginning. The house and amenities are top tier. The kids loved the bunk room and hot tub. The location is right in between Main Street and all the wineries/breweries. Next time we come to Fredericksburg, we absolutely will book with Absolute Charm again!!!

We booked this house the day before we were supposed to leave due to a hurricane hitting our original plans, and everything was perfect! The house was perfect! It was so clean. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

Perfect!!

The home was more than comfortable for a family of 4 and perfectly situated with no neighbors to the rear and on one side….which was occupied by deer in mornings. Being only 5 minutes from central Fredricksburg was a plus. Other than a few wasp nests on the back patio…and no spatula (we noticed AFTER making pancakes, but we survived!!)….the home was well kept, clean, and in a perfect location. We WOULD definitely stay here again!!

Fredricksburg

The house was so cute and clean! Came with all the kitchen appliances and utensils we needed! The only thing we didn’t like was the living room furniture, the couches were not comfortable or made to just be lazy on. Definitely could use something bigger! Also could have had recliners to make it more comfortable, other than that it was perfect neighbor hood and definitely quiet! We will definitely book again!
