We stayed about a month with our family of five and really enjoyed it. The location is a sweet spot — close to Disney Springs, the Disney parks, Universal, and the other attractions, and still an easy walk to the pool, which the kids loved. The community felt comfortable too.This was our first time using Vrbo, so we weren’t entirely sure what the cleaning fee covered and ended up doing a lot of the laundry ourselves. Near the end I messaged Julia about the kids’ bedding we hadn’t gotten to yet, and she told us not to worry about it since it was covered by the cleaning fee. We appreciated that.Julia was responsive and easy to work with throughout the stay. We left the place tidy and would be happy to stay again if we’re in the area. Thanks, Julia!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed, and I truly appreciated them having extra toilet paper and trash bags and dishwasher pods. I know that sounds basic, but we have stayed at so many places that don’t even leave you a roll of toilet paper or a trash bag. The only problem we had was there were a lot of bugs in the hot tub, and I struggled to get it to heat up.

Terre Verde Resort

Stayed 16 days in January. Great townhome. Looked for a place with a comfy sofa for more than 2 people and it was perfect. Many VRBO homes are lacking in this area. House was clean, comfy, and had eveything we needed. Resort

Beautiful and Cozy Stay

The townhome is absolutely beautiful, cozy, and relaxing. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The calming decor and exceptional cleanliness make it an ideal choice for a repeat visit. The townhome’s convenient location near Florida’s top attractions, including Disney, Disney Springs, and Universal Orlando, was a huge plus. The owner was incredibly responsive to all our inquiries. Family Vacation Peaceful Townhome

Overall the stay was great. There was a problem with the AC unit on the first night that would take some time to repair. However, host was very accommodating with locating another unit. We got a notification on a being compensated for the inconvenience. But nevertheless my family enjoyed the visit. Web
