This beautiful townhouse is located just off Hwy 192, the area is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and local attractions. With the World Food Trucks, Fun Spot-Kissimmee and Disney World entrance located less than five miles away, this is the ideal vacation spot.
The spacious home located within walking distance to the clubhouse can accommodate 8 guests and gives the feel of a home away from home as it is equipped with major and small appliances along with dinner, cook and silverware provided within this renovated kitchen and dining area.
The living room offers a sleeper sofa, a futon style chair and large smart flat screen tv that is also equipped with cable service which provides local news for your viewing pleasure.
On the first floor, you will find:
Master bedroom - king size bed with walk-in shower in en-suite bathroom
Living, dining, laundry room and kitchen
On the second floor, you will find:
Guest bedroom - queen size bed
Guest bedroom #2 - (2) sets of twin size bunk beds
Bathroom - shared full bath with shower/tub combination
1/2 Bath - sink only in hallway
* All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and Roku flat screen TVs
* Amenities provided:
- Free wifi
