Mary was very attentive to all our questions regarding best beaches and restaurants to visit. The condo was warm and inviting. Wonderful location to explore Santa Barbara.

We stayed in our VRBO for a week. We loved the location because we could just walk to so many fun places. The place was cute and the bed was very comfortable. The pink tile in the kitchen made me smile everytime I walked around the corner from the living room. It definitely gave the place a vintage Santa Barbara feel. We really appreciated having a designated parking spot. That was a huge 'plus' for my husband. I would definitely stay there again!

The only criticism is the apartment was a little dated. The parking was good, the communication with the host was excellent. The host was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect just one or two blocks from the ocean and very centrally located.

Nice apartment, close to the beach and Funk Zone. Greatly enjoyed the covered parking stall which translates into not having to park on the street - a big plus in the west beach area

The location was perfect, 2 blocks from the beach and Stearns pier, and right next to State Street where so much is happening including great restaurants and bars

Great location. Quiet neighborhood. Condo is a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.

Perfect getaway!

Incredible value for the location. Great size unit with a super comfy bed, sheets, and towels. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in a perfect town

This was a perfect location for a single person or couple visiting Santa Barbara. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, and a 5-10 minute walk from the water, State Street, tons of bars, restaurants, and wine rooms. We will definitely keep in mind for our next visit!

Cozy hideaway near everything

Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished. Perfect home base for exploring dt sb. Don’t miss the carniceria and ice cream parlor a couple blocks nw!

Relaxing in cooler weather

We enjoyed our stay at Mary’s apartment. Great location close to beach and restaurants. Bed was very comfortable. All the necessities were provided such as shampoo, conditioner, bath wash, hair dryer etc. kitchen well stocked. We stayed 8 nights and will miss it.

Awesome quaint perfect!

The condo alone was wonderful. Just perfect for the two of us. Great location to wharf, harbor, restaurants, bars and shopping. We parked our car in the garage and didn’t need it. We walked everywhere! Will definitely book it again!

Cute apartment, great location

We spent 5 days at Mary’s place while visiting family. Absolutely LOVED the location, just minutes from the beach, pier, restaurants and shops. Mary went the extra mile and even loaned me a hand mixer so I could bake for my son. Only issue was the mattress, which was a bit stiffer than we are used to. We will be back!
