Kaibo A1 is a beautifully furnished and outfitted first floor (corner / end unit) condo at the Kaibo Yacht Club (Phase 2) in tranquil Cayman Kai, North Side. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is exquisitely furnished, in warm colours. The master bedroom features a king size bed which overlooks the calm North Sound of Grand Cayman with an en-suite bathroom and large storage closet. The guest / 2nd bedroom has a queen sized bed with a garden view. For additional guests, there is a sofabed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and convenient vacation away from home. The condo is equipped with cable TV (surround sound) and high speed (Wi-Fi) internet access as well as an assortment of games and DVDs for the entire family.

Guests will receive a discount on rental vehicles at Economy Car Rental, Grand Cayman. Just be sure to mention that you are staying at Kaibo Condos - A1.

Kaibo Yacht Club is conveniently located right next door (literally a few steps away). The Club includes a marina, beach bar, finer dining restaurant (upstairs) with a rum bar, convenience store (limited hours), and watersports rentals. Every Tuesday evening, the Club offers a beach barbecue with a live band. Additional dining options are available at Rum Point, a quick 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away. One of the island's best restaurants (The Lighthouse) is a 25 minute drive away. Starfish Point is an easy 5 minute walk and is a great place to enjoy a romantic picnic and watch the sunset.

This quiet, laid back area of Grand Cayman is away from the hustle and bustle of George Town / 7 Mile Beach. It offers magnificent sunrises and sunsets over the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. It makes for a perfect location for a romantic getaway, honeymoon, wedding, relaxing family vacation or simply some time to oneself to rejuvenate and recharge.

Just as photos showed - bottom floor unit with keypad for entry. Coffee maker and blender for frozen drinks. Unit had some swim toys and there is a cooler as well if needed. Loved the screened in porch with ceiling fan, nice to sit and enjoy the view mosquito free as they definitely have mosquitos at sunset. We were one of only three visitors so essentially had the beach and pool all to ourselves! No sargassum and you see starfish without even needing to walk to Starfish point. There is a bit of sea grass but, we had water shoes so not an issue. If facing the condos from the beach, Kaibo Yacht Club was directly to the left which has a bar and grill - very convenient however, since we were there during off season they closed down for six weeks. We arrived on their last night open so took advantage of the bar and lunch the next day before they closed. WiFi worked well and ample parking we did not watch tv as they have two remotes and no instructions on how to access but, not there to watch tv. Loved the serenity and location close to Rum point which is a must do. Note if you are wanting restaurants and nightlife this is not the place for you but, if you want relaxation and quiet you have hit the jackpot!

Great Stay!! End unit is quiet and private.Loved that it is on ground floor and you can walk right out to the beach or pool. Views were fantastic. Easy access to Kaibo next door, water taxi to Camana, tour boat to Stingray City, walk to Starfish point or Rum point. Blair was very helpful and check-in/out a breeze. Hope to return. Thanks Blair.

Great accomodations and stay at Rum Point. If you're searching for a quiet and relaxing part of the island, this is it. Far enough away from the busy part of the island while still being close to restaurants, diving / snorkeling and various beaches. Highly recommend!

The view as amazing! Having the coffee shop and restaurant right next store as Awsome. They just close early and there is not much else around so don’t miss out and go to late or bring food with you. Also if you’re there on a Tuesday they do a bare foot BBQ and it’s well worth it but make a reservation. Hope to come back again.

Amazing property in an amazing location. Quiet side of the island and only one hour away from 7 mile beach however a lot to do near rum point!!! We loved our stay!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a lovely family holiday at Kaibo Yacht Club. The beach is steps from the porch, the condo is well furnished and was clean upon arrival and the host was very responsive and helpful. We hated to leave this place, such a retreat from the hustle and bustle!

Great Condo at Kaibo

Loved our stay. Blair was a pleasure to deal with and the condo was as advertised - corner unit right on the beach, steps from the restaurant and coffee shop. Great place to base yourself away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach.

Slice of Paradise!

We started our trip here before a work conference at SMB, and it was the most relaxing spot. The peaceful days made us not want to leave. The condo has everything you need to feel right at home and the hammocks by the Sound were amazing.

Relaxing Stay at Rum Point.

Nice n cozy. Beach is good for water sports but not for swimming. Condo was warm and comfortable. Kaibo restaurant next door is convenient.
