Spacious home located on Lake Hartwell with views from inside the home as well as from the large back deck which stretches the full length of the home! With 6 large tv’s, a game room and fire table on the covered back deck, there are plenty of options available for the entire family to enjoy together or separately.

The split floor plan creates plenty of privacy for everyone as well and 2 bedrooms have their own doorways onto the back deck to enjoy space overlooking the lake. Each bedroom is well furnished with comfortable bedding, extra pillows and flat screen tv!

Located only minutes from I-85, this home is easily accessible for business travelers as well as vacationers looking to enjoy all that Lake Hartwell offers. Less than 1/2 mile to Harbor Light Marina gives guest the option for boat rentals and great food and drinks at Tilly’s Tiki Bar and Grill. Less than 15 minutes to downtowns of Hartwell or Lavonia can bring all of the retail or food options that you could want!

The main bedroom features a king size bed, 52 in TV, ceiling fan with remote control, private full bathroom with separate shower, toilet closet, and jacuzzi tub. There is a door leading out to the deck with separate seating area and spectacular views of the lake. It also has a large walk in closet, suitable to set up as a nursery if needed. We do provide a pack and play with attached changing table and a portable bassinet, baby monitor and white noise machine.

The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed, 52in TV, and has a door to access the spacious back deck with gorgeous lake views.

The 3rd bedroom features bunk beds with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. A twin size trundle bed is also offered. This bedroom also features a 42in TV and a remote controlled ceiling fan.

All beds are outfitted with both firm and soft pillows for your ultimate comfort. All bedrooms have phone chargers with 4 different charging connectors to fit almost any type of cell phone. Each bedroom also has a ceiling fan to help everyone stay comfortable.

The game room offers a leather futon that converts to a twin size bed. The cabinet is stocked with board games, puzzles, coloring books, and a gaming system so everyone has options to enjoy. The room also has a desk equipped with office supplies to use if needed.

The kitchen will make almost any cook feel at home! It is fully stocked with appliances and utensils to prepare wonderful meals. It is stocked with an ample supply of pots, pans, dishes, cups, and baking supplies as well. It also has a crock pot, mixer, and tea kettle. Pantry has dog bowls and a booster seat to use if needed. Feel free to use any spices or any supplies stored in the pantry. While we cannot guarantee a specific spice will be available, please feel free to reach out with specific requests and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The outdoor covered patio has a 52in TV, fire table, remote controlled ceiling fan, and plenty of seating. The open deck has a propane grill, table and six chairs with an umbrella, and additional seating.

The bathrooms are stocked with name brand shampoos, conditioners, and body washes for you to use. We also provide a toiletry basket stocked with basic items that you may have forgotten. Feel free to use anything located in either bathroom.

We also have a washer and dryer for you to use free of charge. We provide a few laundry pods and dryer sheets that you may use if needed. So if you are traveling light or want to make your return home a little easier and wash some of your dirty laundry during your stay, we have you covered.

If you are traveling with pets, we have you covered! We believe pets are family and they should be treated as such. We have a basket of towels to clean those wet or dirty paws, a basket full of pet toys for them to enjoy, and water and food bowls that have an elevated stand for their dining comfort. We also provide pet gates to help keep your pet contained on the back porch or the laundry room. We do ask that you refrain from allowing your pets to use the bathroom on the porches and that you pick up after your pet when they use the bathroom in the yard. We provide poop bags as well as a trash can in the front yard to use to dispose of the poop bags once your pets have done their business. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding your pet and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

The basement is occupied fulltime, but you will have complete privacy during your stay. Your outdoor spaces are private and will only be occupied by your party.
