Grace, We are so glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us despite the glitches. It is so important to us that our guests have a great experience when staying with us! When you arrived, we had a huge storm that dumped 18" of snow in a short window of time. While we plow as quickly as possible after and during a storm, if you are traveling during a storm, you are absolutely at risk for getting stuck anywhere in the mountains. We always advise our guests to bring snow chains with them anytime they are traveling in the mountains in the winter - we also encourage everyone to check the weather prior to travel so that you can make sure to arrive safely. You are correct, we do not provide bottled water - however our tap water is fresh from our on-site well and is drinkable. Thank you for letting us know that the glass shower partitions aren't adequate when kids are showering - you were the first to complain of this issue. That said, we are happy to provide additional bathmats or towels for you next time to catch the water when your little ones are splashing around. I'm so sorry to hear that our on-site team wasn't able to get you the concierge items you had requested as quickly as you wanted them - this is not typically the case. We will work with our on-site team to diagnose how this had occurred and implement processes to make sure that it does not happen again. In terms of directions to reach your cabin - you were sent an email the day before your arrival which included a map of our property and directions to your cabin. We also sent the same map as well as a video of directions to your cabin via text message on the morning of your arrival. I'm so sorry that you did not see them - on my end I can see these messages had gone out. We do have one thermostat for the cabin, which is located in the center of the building - just a few steps from every room in the cabin.
