Water’s Edge 102 is perfect for beachgoers with children. This ground floor unit is a short thirty second walk around the corner to the pools and beach. Easy access from the parking garage. No balconies to worry about. Sit on the back porch and watch the kids play in the grass.

This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, breakfast bar, and dining area. A full-size washer and dryer. Ten-foot ceilings with glass sliders leading out to a private patio with grassy lawn. A living room with a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a 65” smart flat screen TV. We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.
