**We have been informed that there will be construction work at Suntide III that could affect your upcoming reservation. The project is scheduled to take 150 days, from September 17, 2025, through February 13, 202; however, factors such as weather and changes in scope may extend this timeline. The improvement project will involve simultaneous work on both the beachside and bayside of the building, specifically on balconies of all units ending in 03, 04, and 05, the north and south elevator shafts (with one elevator always operational), and the A/C unit condenser storages.
During the south elevator shaft and A/C condenser storages work, the south staircase will be closed to guests. During work on the north elevator and A/C condenser storages the north staircase will be closed. The work in the A/C condenser storage areas may require the movement of some of the air conditioner units. As a result, some rental units may experience air conditioner outages for a temporary period of time. Emergency exit signs and evacuation plans will be posted during the maintenance. One of the staircases will always be accessible during construction. One of the elevators will remain in operation at all times . The outdoor pool and patio area will not be affected during the renovation project. The indoor pool and spa will also remain open and accessible. Please expect some adjustments to access points, scaffolding in the back of the building, construction noise, and dust throughout the duration of the improvement project. All other units ending in x01, x02, x06, x07, x08, x09 and x10 on all 12 floors will remain open.
