Perfect size for a big family! We had 3 couples and 4 kids and fit everyone comfortably. Would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed the beautiful and spacious penthouse at Aquarius. It was the perfect place for our group to be together. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The Free transportation bus passed by our place frequently. We will definitely hope to book another stay when we visit again in the future.

No actual cons. Anything that was questionable was quickly overlooked by the location and view. The best part about this place is that there is always a balcony in sun and always a balcony in the shade. It’s the best to be honest. Easy walking to everything and responsive hosts when messaged. The pics make it look like it’s brand new but envision more Spanish style walls and older with modern flare feel and updates. We’d stay here again. There were 6 of us so each ‘couple’ got their own bathroom and space. The upstairs bathroom is small but serves the purpose.

The kitchen was stocked with lots of things. The view was very nice. The space was great. Three bathrooms was nice so everyone had space to get ready. The stairs going upstairs is very tight. If anyone is walking around in the loft you can hear everything in the two bedrooms below it.

Well stocked and beautiful property! The views from the balconies showed both sunrise AND sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few times, and the location was great for walking or a short drive to great restaurants. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all clean and comfortable, exactly as advertised. The communication from the company was direct and easy to follow. Property and grounds were safe and well maintained. It was also well stocked with plenty of towels, including beach towels - beach chairs, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, etc. We will definitely consider a stay here with our family again sometime! Thank you!

Great location, beautiful views

This property is spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for a large family. Not only is it on the beach with some of the best views SPI has to offer, it’s also a great location within walking distance of restaurants, etc.

Great set of rooms for our crew. Wish I’d known there were beach chairs and toys available in the room before we transported all of ours down there.

Great Stay

We did a family reunion and had plenty of room. The property was lovely and comfortable. The views were amazing. The location was wonderful. We had a perfect trip and appreciated all of the communication with the owners.

Fantastic location and great views

Perfectly close to restaurants and shopping while still being quiet at night. Even the grocery store is within willing distance! The loft is a tight squeeze but the teens made it home and they had their own bathroom upstairs.

Great Family Space

This space was amazing! My cousins and I had a "Cousins Retreat" to reconnect, and this space allowed us to do that comfortably. Lots of space, gorgeous views and right on the beach! We had a truly wonderful time!

Beautifully equipped for family.

This condo was spacious and well equipped for our family. The views were phenomenal with 3 different balconies to catch sunrises and sunsets. We appreciated the many offerings such as beach chairs, umbrella, volleyball, etc. We met several other owners and all were friendly and ready with great tips for enjoying the island.

Loved the 10th floor 180 degree view.

We took our children and grandchildren on this trip and had plenty of room for everyone. The provided loaner beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys were a bonus! Owners are super responsive to any questions.
