Great location spectacular views loved the sunrise from the balcony easy access to the beach cause it’s less then a block away I’m looking forward for my next stay with the family

Water Views

We loved being able to see the water and loved the very close walk to the gulf.

I can only imagine sitting right there, watching the sun rise with a morning cup of coffee. The beach is right across the street, such a short walk. It is the perfect spot. We really enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location for what we wanted. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was not ideal weather for on the water activities, but we made the best of our week in the area. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need to stay for a week. Several reviews mentioned the stairs, but for us, it was not an issue. The owners are very responsive and communicated clearly on check-in and out procedures. I would stay here again for sure!

Great place / great location!

We loved our week in this perfect location . Property was as listed, very clean & had everything we needed. Great access to beach as well. Bonus the bed was super comfy. I used the onsite washer/dryer with no issues. If I could ADD one thing it would beprvacy blinds on the bedroom door.

The balcony faces the intercoastal with great views up and down the waterway. The beach is right across the street. It is the best of both worlds. I am so glad you found the bed comfy...that is important when you are on vacation. I will let housekeeping know of your recommendation regarding the privacy blinds on the sliding glass doors. It is so helpful to get some input from guests on how to make their stay better. Please come back and visit us again. We loved having you as a guest. Beaches USA

First Time FLA Experience

This rental was conveniently located to the area’s attractions, beach access and drives to Clearwater and St Petersburg. We enjoyed sitting on the decks which allowed for watching the bird and boating activity. The unit was clean and tidy with comfortable furnishings. There was a glitch with wifi and TV service provider. However, my contact with BeachesUSA was answered in a timely way, as was all communication with them prior to check in. We would consider a future rental either at Caddy’s 5 or another unit managed by BeachesUSA.

Loved it!

We've stayed at many places along the Gulf, and this place exceeded our expectations. We only had two problems, we arrived after dark, and there was not enough lighting to figure how to get the heat on. The next morning as the room temperature dropped into the low 60's (it was cold three out of four weeks we were there) there was enough light to understand how to work the thermostat. The fitted sheets would not stay on. But we'd stay there again.

Excellent little getaway

Online listing is accurate, i will caution: it is a 3rd floor walk up with no elevator. Not a giant deal for me and my kids, but my parents and grandma couldn't visit because they can't handle the stairs. Fantastic location, close to anything you need in less than 10 minutes. Directly across from the beach. I would give 5 stars but the stairs really sucked to be honest and i can see that being an issue for many people, especially because it is not noted in the description and is a solid issue for ADA purposes.

Hi Laura, thank you for staying with us at Caddy's Vacation Rental #5. I am so sorry about the stairs. We are trying to figure out how to make it more apparent that this is a walk up to avoid this confusion in the future. Other than the stairs, you are so right that this property is in a fantastic location, close to everything. The view of the intercoastal is so beautiful. We would love to host you again, if not here at one of our other properties without the stairs!
