This place is perfect! Clean, has great chairs, umbrellas, etc that you need to enjoy the beach. Second time here and we plan to come again.

Very nice! Out the door, down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Beautiful view of the water and sunsets from the living room and the covered porch. Very nicely furnished. The owners responded quickly to inquiries. I hope to stay here again!

We really loved this place! It was perfect for the two of us and so nice to be able to walk right out onto the beach with gorgeous sunset views. It was also within easy walking distance of several restaurants.

The place was clean and tidy! The view right onto the beach was exactly what we were looking for.The onsite beach equipment had everything you needed and seemed like plenty for the whole complex. Super quiet area and easy walk to the water. I had a blast making my sand animals for everyone to enjoy! Keegan’s was our favorite place we had dinner by far!

The location is excellent. Beautiful views and direct access to the beach. With a two week stay no on-site laundry was a let down.

Condo was perfect for the two of us and was equipped with what we needed for the week. Unit was very clean and well maintained. Sofa sleeper isn’t real comfortable to sit on and rocks a little bit. Shared beach closet with chairs, umbrellas, and anchors was a nice perk! Easy beach access and can’t beat lazy days on Indian Rocks Beach. The complex could use some exterior painting on the stairways and railings. Host communication was fantastic and appreciated then checking in during the week to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book this property again in the future.

The directions were very clear about getting in the condo. The space was clean and inviting. We were in walking distance of many restaurants. We had one hiccup when the door to the chairs was stuck but we called the property manager and he was awesome. He had a quick solution that worked and encouraged us to call for anything at all.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. The check in process was very easy. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking with the beach being only steps away. The included beach chairs and umbrellas were so convenient. We had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning to this piece of heaven very soon!

Beautiful View of the Gulf of America . Viewed Schools of Dolphins off the Building Upper porch daily .Very Nice accommodations and Host. Great access to the Beach .Bed was very comfortable and the accommodations were Great .
