La villa está situada tranquilamente al final de una calle sin salida, en lo alto sobre la ciudad portuaria de Lagos. Aquí podrá disfrutar de total privacidad y de impresionantes vistas panorámicas de la bahía, la ciudad y el mar. Rodeada por un jardín mediterráneo, es un refugio tranquilo y se encuentra a solo 6 minutos en coche de la playa familiar Meia Praia.

Importante: como la villa se encuentra por encima de Lagos, es necesario disponer de coche. Restaurantes, playas y el centro de Lagos no están a poca distancia a pie. Para su comodidad, recomendamos un breve trayecto en coche de unos 5–10 minutos hasta las hermosas playas de Lagos.
La ducha exterior visible en algunas fotos del exterior está actualmente fuera de servicio y no forma parte de las comodidades disponibles para los huéspedes.
Como el alojamiento se encuentra en una zona residencial, ocasionalmente pueden producirse ruidos del vecindario o del exterior.

La villa ofrece 143 m² de espacio habitable: 3 dormitorios (2 con cama doble y 1 con cama individual y cama extraíble), 2 baños (uno con ducha y bañera y otro solo con ducha), un luminoso salón-comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada.

Todas las habitaciones tienen acceso directo a la terraza sur soleada y protegida del viento con piscina privada (piscina en cascada de 10,5 × 5 m al nivel de la terraza). Hay cómodas tumbonas, una sombrilla y dos toldos adicionales para proporcionar sombra. También hay una barbacoa de carbón.

La villa es ideal para familias. En la playa de arena poco profunda de Meia Praia los niños pueden jugar, cavar en la arena y recoger conchas. Cerca hay bares de playa y actividades de deportes acuáticos. Lagos también cuenta con una piscina cubierta pública.

El casco antiguo de Lagos con sus casas blancas y su mercado tradicional es una visita obligada. Desde el puerto se ofrecen excursiones en barco a impresionantes formaciones rocosas y cuevas, así como excursiones para observar delfines. El parque acuático Slide & Splash con numerosas atracciones está a unos 25 minutos en coche.

El golf en el Algarve es especialmente agradable en invierno. El campo Onyria Palmares Golf (27 hoyos) está a solo 10 minutos en coche. Otros campos cercanos incluyen Espiche Golf, Penina Resort, Alamos y Morgado.

Los costes de gas durante la temporada de calefacción no están incluidos y se cobrarán según consumo.

Beautiful view! Perfect house to feel like the inside and outside are one. Quiet though close to the center of Lagos including beach, city square with nice shops and restaurants and the port. Good supermarkets nearby. And above all the house was very clean and comfortable. Overall: Great experience!

Villa was brilliant, super clean and really well stocked with everything you might need. Especially the kitchen. Not as close to amenities as described but I already knew this after a conversation with the host so it wasn’t a surprise. Host was easy to contact and got back to us quickly on the one occasion we needed to contact her. All in all a great stay, would highly recommend.

Great location

Beautiful surroundings and great location for day trips. The house was very nice and the outdoor area was extremely enjoyable. The property manager was very attentive. Would definitely recommend.

We booked our holiday quite late, but were pleased to find the villa in a very clean & tidy state. The villa is very large indeed for just 2 persons and was quite a walk getting from one end to the other. However, the villa was very well equipped indeed. Whilst the two bathrooms were clean and tidy, the villa was very dated (old fashioned) which could do with modernising. The only real concern we had was the fact that there was no hand rails to aid entering/exiting the pool. Also, the bottom step had a big drop down which could be very difficult for children/the elderly. We feel that this matter should be addressed soonest. There was only one bath towel & hand towel per person for our duration of 8 days. Also, there were no pool/beach towels provided.

Quiet and astonishing view.

Quite comfortabele house with a lovely swimming pool. Kitchen is oké and equipped with all the necessary things. BBQ is great and at night the pool is illuminated. Just 15 minutes walking to the beach. Sun till 19:00 hours in October on the spacey terras.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful Villa. Pool and outdoor area is very picturesque and perfect for relaxing. Loved the last step in the pool, because you are either in or out. Very nice, new sunbeds. Bathrooms are both great, with great shower pressure and plenty of towels. Great lighting and sink in main bathroom. Beds are very comfy. Loved the outdoor lighting and all the doors that open up to the outdoor area. Webber BBQ easy to use. Lovely new kitchen, with everything we needed. Great communication with checking in and out. No reflection on the villa, but we also experienced 1 night of party noise from the villa behind, which didn’t disturb us too much and was quiet for the rest of our holiday. This is a very pretty, cosy villa that we enjoyed thoroughly, Great location, 5 min drive to Lagos.

Just what we wanted

This location was exactly as presented in the listing, and was perfect for our needs. Beautiful views of the ocean and Lagos from the pool deck were a welcome start and end to each day. While a car is needed to get to town and local sights, it doesn't take long to get to the beach, into Lagos, or to the highway. There is also an excellent new grocery store quite nearby. We enjoyed our time here with a three-generation family group. Each of us had access to the pool deck from our comfortable rooms. The living room opens onto the patio as well. The kitchen is smaller but well appointed and everything is in good condition. There is gated parking available. The host was friendly and clear regarding arrivals and departures. We would definitely consider going back to Lagos and would return to this villa townaccess is ready

We enjoyed our time at this villa and were impressed with the layout. It worked very well with our family’s needs. Given it was off-season we knew there would be some challenges.We thoroughly appreciated the layout of the villa. Having a central common area was great to accommodate all of us. The bedrooms were nicely isolated from the rest of the villa offering privacy and quiet. The kitchen and dining room worked out well for us too and the kitchen was stocked very well for our week. A few considerations for the owners are as follows:- The “15 minute walk” to the beach is inaccurate as the villa is situated in a cul-de-sac removed from paths. We managed to bush whack our way through the high bushes but even if that path was fully cleared it would be at least a 20-30 minute walk. The listing should simply say it’s a 5-10 minute drive to the beach. - Supplies like dish towels, garbage bags, toilet paper and the like were insufficient for a one week stay by our family. Having a baby with us automatically requires more supplies but this was not factored in. We paid extra for the playpen but this should have also included extra supplies to go along with having the baby here. We felt like the owners were cheaping out on this. - Water conservation. Considering how valuable a resource water is in this area we found it surprising how much water we wasted while waiting for hot water. I would suggest looking at on-demand heating systems rather than what is currently in use.

host asked our group to go straight to property which we did but was surprised there was not even any milk to make a hot drink beds were not made and only two towels for entire week as the rest of the linens were locked away we had to clean up a daily what looked like fox pou which was deposited on the terrace outdoor furniture tired and white plastic beds dirty could not move the single umbrella this villa is not child or elderly safe as no handle into pool and after 4th step it is a sheer drop into the pool I am 5ft 3inch and I was on my tip toe to reach the bottom plus the stone steps leading to the cellar where the washing machine is from the kitchen was u guarded and the third bedroom is a single bed with a small pull out bed the toilet broke and I had to negotiate with host for a plumber to come out that day as she just shrugged saying it was not her fault and I had to explain I did not want the male in the group coming into my bedroom in the night to use my ensuite but it did not get onto a very good start when we pulled up and saw the sour face of host It was a lovely view but certainly not luxury as there was not enough fans for every room

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay and sharing your experience. I always take all feedback very seriously and I am truly sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. I agree that your arrival did not go smoothly and for a good reason. I have wait for you over 4.5 hours from landing to arriving at the villa, which normally takes about 2.5 hours, and you didn't even send a message. It was well after midnight when you arrived. All beds were made for the whole group on arrival and there were towels for each person. I'm sorry, but when you finally arrived, you didn't mention that you all sleep separately. After receiving your message I came to the villa to sort out your confusion with the sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers and gave you even more linen. You could have also asked for more towels and I would have been more than happy to fulfil your request. That day I noticed as well that the toilet flush was broken and and I made every effort to find a plumber to fix the problem the same day. If guests arrive late at night and like to have some groceries in the house, they normaly order it in advance. If I had known what you needed, for sure I would have got it for you. I am sorry that the house did not meet your expectations but I took care of your concerns during your stay.

Wunderschönes und perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in traumhafter Lage. Wir haben nichts vermisst, fühlten uns wie Zuhause und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Der Weg zum Strand ist zu Fuß machbar (ca. 30 Minuten), führt allerdings ein Stück an der Straße lang. Man sollte daher besser ein Auto oder Motorroller zur Verfügung haben. Im Haus liegt ein ausführlich ausgearbeiteter Informationsordner, dem wir viele Tipps für Ausflüge in die sehr sehenswerte Umgebung entnommen haben. Vielen Dank!

Schön wars…

Das waren für uns perfekte 7 Tage in einem wundervollen Haus in welchem wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin und die Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Das Haus bietet viel Privatsphäre was wir morgens und nach einem Strandtag sehr genossen. Toller Pool!

ruhige Lage, toller Blick

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben besonders den Ausblick genossen. Das Haus ist gemütlich und ruhig, wir durften Sonnenschirme und Wellenbretter mitbenutzen und konnten vom Haus aus viele Ausflüge an verschiedene Strände machen- tolle Lage. Der Ort Lagos ist schön, lebendig und mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Tolles Haus mit Meerblick

Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Der Infinity-Pool, ca 10 m lang war super, sauber und das Wasser von 20 -24 Uhr beleuchtet. Die Sicht aufs Meer und auf Lagos super schön. Unsere Gastgeberin, Britta war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Lagos, in unmittelbare Nähe ist schön, lebendig und hat tolle Gässchen und Restaurants. Alles Bestens - sehr zu empfehlen!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist wunderschön und toll ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Der Weg zum Strand war weiter als gedacht. Eigentlich muss man das Auto benutzen. Das einzige Manko war eine Maus oder ähnliches, die zwischen Dach und Schlafzimmerdecke lebte und uns nachts mit Kratzen, Nagen und Rennen wach hielt.

Quiet,Beautiful views and ocean breezes

Villa Doce provided a wonderful home base for us as we explored the Algarve region of Portugal. The house has incredible views, a great pool and deck area with doors opening from every part of the house to the beautiful landscape beyond. It was a 20 minute walk to Praia Meia down a well worn path. The beach has soft sand extending to Lagos and Portamaio with clear blue waters. Exploring other parts of the region was easy by car and many beautiful towns and beaches were within 30 km. My only recommendation would be that the host provided newer towels and linens, toilet paper and basic toiletries. The outdoor shower had very little water pressure and unfortunately was not useful for taking a full shower. Our stay here was wonderful and we would definitely return!

Beautiful villa with amazing views and pool

The villa is really well equipped and comfortable. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood up on a hill and is private. We had a car which you probably need as it is a 5 min drive down to the marina. Good WiFi. Great place to stay and would definitely come back.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in absoluten Wohlfühlhaus

Das Ferienhaus hat unsere Erwartung übertroffen. Wunderschöner Blick über Lagos und die Küste, uneinsehbares Grundstück und viel Platz. Dazu top gepflegt und sauber. Frau Mareirros war für uns jederzeit ansprechbar und hat sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. TOP!
