We're sorry the stay didn't measure up for your family. When the bedding shortfall was reported, our team delivered additional linens to you during your stay, and since your departure, the home has been fully refreshed with complete bedding on every bed. Your other concerns, including the outdoor conditions you noticed, have been escalated to the team responsible for the home and are receiving attention, and the listing's bed details are being reviewed for accuracy as well. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

We’d be happy to host you again anytime.
