Probably my favorite stay ever! Pool is gorgeous and there is so much outdoor space. The actual house is also lovely and quite spacious - there is a perfect spot for movie nights too. Marty & Manny are lovely hosts and so welcoming. If you are on the fence definitely book!! This place does not disappoint

Wonderful getaway that feels private and lush. A perfect place to retreat from city life. Manny and Marti are excellent and accommodating hosts. Would highly recommend!

Amazing, beautiful oasis in the mountains. We loved spending time in the huge backyard with our dog. Manny was a fantastic and very responsive host, thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The pictures truly don’t do this property justice! My partner and I travel with our two boxers, and this place was absolutely perfect. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious, with four different outdoor seating areas and plenty of room for our dogs to run and explore. And the weather? You simply can’t beat it. California dreaming at its finest! The hosts are great, the house is clean and the bed is very comfortable!!!

Our experience here was exceptional. This home is a gem and made for a perfect weekend getaway surrounded by nature, the beach, and lots of nearby restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. We spent a lot of time enjoying the backyard and pool and jacuzzi. Manny and Marti were excellent hosts and created an experience we will remember forever.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this oasis in Malibu Canyon. The property was clean and well stocked. It was perfect for some r and r and was conveniently located. Easy access north to visit with family off of 101 with an easy drive south to Malibu for some meals and beach time!

Cozy and charming cottage with an amazing landscape. Marti and Manny were so friendly and cordial. We really enjoyed our stay, the location was perfect, cabin/mountain feeling but close to the beach.

Cozy Paradise

We absolutely loved staying here! The property is a lovely oasis with lots of cool things to do outdoors which we loved. The host is very kind, attentive, and provided us with a great experience all around. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing Mini-Vacay

Lovely, relaxing stay. Second time back and had the most enjoyable birthday weekend with my partner and family. Marti and Manny are both incredible hosts that went out their way to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Will definitely book another trip here!

This place is not to be missed! The hosts are extremely welcoming and gracious. They respond promptly to any questions as well. And their 2 Golden Retrievers are so friendly!The property itself is beautiful and very well maintained. The bed is comfortable, and the kitchen has every amenity you might need.The yard is spacious and the pool/hottub area is fantastic. We will definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing. Feels like a little resort. Yard and pool / spa are spacious and beautiful. The house is well stocked and perfect for a longer stay. Marty and Manny are lovely. Our dog loved the big yard and meeting their friendly dogs. The surrounding Santa Monica mountains are filled with amazing hikes, and the Malibu coast is a 15 minute drive.

Manny and Marti are as delightful as their property!There is so much beauty packed into this amazingly functional cottage! Our experience could not have been better! Everything was so easy and the gracious hosts were more than accommodating!Luxury, in nature, near everything!It was truly paradise!

The 5M Ranch is an absolute oasis, and checked every box: serene setting in nature with resort-like amenities. The home is cozy, the yard is spacious, the amenities were well-maintained. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare all meals every day. My partner and I especially enjoyed cooking together in the outdoor kitchen! What a treat! Also a great area for birdwatching: I saw an accorn woodpecker, a couple CA scrub jays, and more! There is also some cool history about the property to discover I would highly recommend this unique stay, and look forward to booking again in the future!

Great Getaway

This place is idyllic, very homey and everything you might need to cook, enjoy the pool, and relax!! The hosts are great! Very kind, responsive and helpful. The cool air comes over the mountain and makes it a bit cooler there than in the rest of LA.
