Property is as described. I appreciate how well kept it is and the clarity about how to maintain it while occupying. It was great to have a parking spot. The space was cozy and easy. The host was responsive even though she was traveling. The neighbors are quiet and chill. I’d definitely recommend the place.

Perfect beach getaway

Jill's place was great -- I was eager to get out of the "city" and enjoy a relaxing moment near the water. She was great to communicate with, had a gorgeous and super clean place, a helpful instruction manual, incredible amenities, etc. I'd stay here again!

Spectacular views and amenities. This unit is in a great location- walking distance to the beach, close to Oceanside restaurants and a short drive to fun shopping including Montana Ave and Malibu Country Mart. The host went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed a special birthday celebration. Everything was clean. In home laundry and covered parking were convenient too! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat, but would pack lighter given the number steps to/from parking. We left the bedroom window open in the afternoon to feel the breeze (perhaps too long) and found our sheets and blankets a bit damp. The host is pet friendly and even had small dog beds that our little toy poodles enjoyed on the balcony. Amazing views, truly!

Amazing stay!

Loved my stay at this beachside retreat. I needed to get away from the city and have some zen. I enjoyed cooking and sitting out on the deck for sunset. The place is well equipped to cook, BBQ, lounge, and work remotely. I loved taking morning walks down to the beach and up in the hills around the neighborhood. It is very safe and quiet and parking is a breeze with the assigned carport. I will definitely stay again!

Heaven on Earth!

We had the best time at this beautiful beach getaway. The views are out of this world, and the flat itself is really tastefully decorated. It also had everything we needed for a great long stay. We walked to the beach almost every day and watched the sunset from the living room or balcony most evenings. The best restaurants are a short drive away, and so is both Santa Monica and the heart of Malibu. Instacart made grocery shopping a breeze. We can’t wait to come back!

Dream Home

This flat is exactly the Malibu holidayhome I was hoping to find. The view is stunning, both from the living room & the mainbedroom. The flat is in perfect condition - clean, fresh and yet homie. The outdoors spaces are wonderful - I spent a lot of time on the balcony but there’s also a charming garden with fireplace and barbecue. Honestly, Jilian has thought of everything both regarding the flat and the process of renting it. I highly recommend this to anyone.
