Very comfortable home with great view. Enjoyed the beach walks. Lots of games and videos. Appreciated having all the soaps, shampoos, laundry detergent and necessary supplies. We would stay there again.

The house sits right on the sand dunes. The walk to the beach is about 200 yards. The view is great. The house is well equipped and nice beds and kitchen. Would stay again.

It was an interesting property, built on the sand dunes.Some areas were starting to show some weather wear and tear but overall it was a good experience. Wonderful views of the beach and lots of sand to play in.

The house was very spacious and the views were great. The neighbor to the south is new and has a dog who is not friendly to other dogs and he is very nosy. For the average person the beach walk is not far but it is a trek. If you have an older person, the walk through the soft sand may be too much. The house was not very clean and we spent the first hour cleaning every day use areas. The house is a bit run down and needs some TLC, a good paint job inside could go a long way. Overall the stay was good and the travel in and out of that community was easy.

The house was as listed. The house is about .25 miles from the beach but still nice to walk and not have to drive to it.

The location was wonderful!! Our family enjoyed the home so much. The home is in need of some maintenance. Doorknob that dont work properly, shower faucets, ect...Overall, would I rent this property again? Absolutely Yes!!!

Beautiful views of the ocean. Pictures make the ocean seem closer Than it actually is, but the walk isn’t too bad. The house slept 6 of us comfortably, however we could have used a few more pillows for the beds. We loved the VHS options for movies in the evening.

Such a unique property your in the sand and it’s amazing we loved it!!! If you love sand and being right on the beach this is the place for you! Lovely quiet neighborhood dog friendly everything you need the beach is lovely we walked everyday … Jeff the host is also very kind and is a great communicator we will be back thank you Jeff

Fantastic house, great location, perfect getaway. We loved the easy access to the beach, short drive to Yachats, Newport, and Cape Perpetua, and the most comfortable beds. Can’t wait to return to Waldport/Bayshore and this amazing house someday soon.

This property is right on the sand and has amazing views. It is a short walk to the water's edge. It is very roomy and would be great for three couples.

Hello,We were so happy with our choice for renting this house for Spring Break! The views were stunning from this property everyday! The house had everything we needed for our trip and more! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Waldport, OR you can’t go wrong with this house! Jeff the host was so easy to work with and was great giving me great local restaurants to try! Will definitely be back!

The beach view is fantastic. Literally on the sand and uncrowded area. Quite a walk to the ocean. House is comfortable but needs some painting and floor work. Its beachy and that said is comfortable. FYI bedding is 100 percent polyester if that matters to you. I took my own cotton quilts etc. Host was responsive.
