Bedroom 2 (downstairs) has window AC, a ceiling fan, Queen Memory Foam Bed, and a flat-screen TV. There is split system A/C in the living room, along with a ceiling fan, flat-screen TV and a Queen pull out Sofa. Unit has a fully-equipped kitchen and in addition to the dining area, there is a large lanai for outdoor dining. There is a laundry room conveniently located just downstairs from the unit entry with coin-operated washer & dryer. Free Wifi and parking. For outdoor activities, Kihei Garden Estates #D-203 is supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrella, snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach towels, and a cooler. Sleeps maximum of 6.

The complex is very lush and quiet. Everyone walks with their beach chairs across the street to the beach to watch epic sunsets and whales breaching. I love the convenience of walking to the grocery store, restaurants and shops.
