Great property, wonderful location and grounds to the property. Don’t park in the managers parking spot on accident or he will get very upset. Overall great place to stay

Great room, with easy access to the beach, local restaurants and stores. Location is great for day trips too (less than an hour to most places and routes are easy) and only about 30 mins from the airport, ensuring a little something for everyone is in range. Rooms themselves are a good size (also the master shower is great!), clean and well appointed. Great all around!

Maui family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodation was excellent, weather could have been better but we had a great time anyway, everyone took it in stride

Nice beach, nice pool, walkable to stores and restaurants. There are homeless around but they didn’t bother us. This unit stays very warm, ac only cools the bedroom

While we wish we had more control over what happens off the property, being so close to the water does make this a special spot to enjoy the views and amenities. We also wanted to share that a new AC was installed this week—if we had known sooner, we would have replaced it for your stay, but it was reported after your departure. It has now been fully updated. Great ocean adjacent property.

The apartment and the whole property, including the pool, were clean and well cared for. Having access to a smaller, quiet beach was GREAT, especially since many condos in Kihei seem to be across the street from large public beaches. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. Beds were comfortable, beach chairs and towels were provided. Our only complaint about our unit was that the AC was not working well in the smaller bedroom, it was pretty hot in there.

I love the location and affordability. The complex was small and quiet. There were some homeless individuals that hang out in the area but were not an issue. The unit had everything we needed. The kitchen had all the things you could think of and more. The property management company said the unit would not have sand toys or a travel crib but it had both. I would recommend bringing some removable cabinet locks for the kitchen if traveling with a toddler. The beach access was amazing and there were several other families traveling with small kids as well. The beach was quiet and not over crowded. The location was central and we could travel around the island easily. We could walk a minute to the grocery store which comes in handy when traveling with a child. The communication with the property management company was professional and friendly. They were quick to respond on through phone, email, and text. The laundry machines can be paid with through an app and was easier that I had anticipated.

Amazing place to stay
