Large 3 bedroom unit with 3 full bathrooms! Perfect for a large family or a group getaway!

A rare double level 3 bedroom/3 bath unit at the Kamaole Sands Resort. Enjoy the Air Conditioner in all three bedrooms and living/dining room. There is a Queen sofa bed in the living room, as well as a television in the living room, and all 3 bedrooms. This unit is just steps from the beaches of Kamaole Park III and has something for everyone. Enjoy the beautifully manicured gardens and ponds of the resort. Lots to do on the resort property: tennis courts, gym, wading pool for children, 2 hot tubs, and a fantastic large pool to relax in. There are numerous restaurants close by or enjoy a round of golf at one of the nearby courses in Wailea. The onsite activities desk will help you plan all the wonderful activities Maui has to offer: surfing, paddle boarding, diving, whale watching, and dinner cruises!

Enjoy the comforts and conveniences of home with a fully stocked kitchen and multiple BBQ's on the property grounds. Or lounge on the beach with all the gear you need (beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella). The spacious lanai is the perfect spot for an afternoon beverage or snack after a day in the sun. Free Wi-Fi and cable included. Truly a great place to relax. Large kitchen, dining area with a breakfast bar and table with seating for 6. A comfortable living room to relax in after your busy day taking in the sights around the island. Located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III, you can snorkel, sun bathe or take in the amazing Maui sunsets from the large green space. The perfect spot to watch the Humpback whales (in season with the sunset in the background. Truly paradise!

The unit is well stocked with kitchenware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for a short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started.

The condo is just as described. It was plenty spacious for our group of six family members. The location is awesome - directly across the street from a beautiful beach. We had beach gear to take with us, as we traveled around to various water activities. The condo complex itself is very quiet. The check-in process was easy and the staff person was friendly and provided all the information we needed for our stay. We had one issue where someone took our assigned parking spot. There was a groundskeeper who we asked to direct us to who we should contact about it and he helped us immediately. He contacted a security person who was very helpful. We ended up taking the spot directly next to the spot we were initially assigned. The whole issued was resolved to our satisfaction within 15 minutes. We would definitely rebook this condo in future visits.

Amazing Stay

The house was clean and as listed. There was nothing to complain about. Tower fans along with AC were provided for each room. Without them, a good night sleep would have been difficult. Towels, beach chairs and mats were also provided. The area was good and pretty close many popular food options and shopping. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a good accommodation in the center of Maui.

Nice place - minor hiccup

Our kids had a great time here! The location is excellent, with a couple of nice kid-friendly beach parks nearby. The property itself and the apartment complex were clean and well-maintained. We also found the cleaning staff and other team members around the building to be nice and helpful.The check-in experience wasn’t the best though. I had to go to the apartment office, and the receptionist wasn’t very welcoming to say the least, which made it a bit uncomfortable.Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay, and I’d recommend this place for families.
