Enjoy all that the area offers in this 3-bedroom farmhouse. This adorable property offers a cozy retreat for guests. With 1 full bed, 1 king bed, and 1 twin bed, and a large living room with TV, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind. The farmhouse features modern amenities such as WiFi, and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers and hair dryers. Situated between Elk Mountain and Montage Mountain, close to many golf courses and Hurricane Hills Sports Center and just minutes from the Lackawanna State Park, this fully renovated but still charming farmhouse is a great find for sports enthusiasts. Endless Mountain Hot Air Balloons flies from this area. You can book at weflyhotair.com. The home is located on an improved farm road. Please be advised that depending on the time of year, road maybe muddy or dusty. This home has no air conditioning but most nights in summer are cool.

We had a wonderful couples retreat in an idyllic setting! The property was beautiful and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property and hope to visit it again with my children.

The farmhouse is beautiful, clean, quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect little honeymoon getaway. We enjoyed watching the wildlife and relaxing by the pond. Host's were fantastic, we would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and cozy. Loved the property too. Had some nice walks and a short bike ride. Only wished we could have spent more time enjoying and relaxing around the farmhouse. Just to much on our plate for this visit to NEPA. We'd definitely book it again.

Cute place! We weren't there much, but it was quiet sleeping and all we needed. I'm sure it would be fun in the summer if you had kids and wanted to be close to the park.We appreciated being able to make coffee in the morning. While there is no AC, there were fans and we were comfortable.

This was our second stay and it was just as peaceful as our first. We forgot something and didn't even realize it until Lynn very kindly reached out to let us know and sent it to us right away. (Thank you again, Lynn!) It's been hard to find availability, but hoping we get another chance to stay again soon!

We had an awesome stay at the farmhouse. The house was very clean. It was very private and peaceful. The kitchen had everything we needed, The beds were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Lynn’s Rustic farmhouse. Truly the cozy winter getaway that we were looking for. Everything in the house was so well organized and set up. We definitely could not recommend this house more for your cozy winter getaway!

This was a truly lovely stay. The space was clean, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host had everything covered, and it was clear how much care went into creating such a welcoming place. We’d happily return, especially in warmer weather to take full advantage of the property and explore more of the area. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This home was purchased by my parents to use as a summer getaway from the city of Scranton. We hiked in the woods and swam in the larger of the two ponds when we were kids.

The property is large and rural. We enjoy being outside and breathing the fresh air. The screened-in porch offers the opportunity to do that without bugs.

Our rustic, but updated farmhouse had much to offer. It is located in a private location but close to parks, restaurants, shopping, ski slopes and golf courses. We have tried to think of everything that you would need. The house is complete with coffee and tea as well as personal care items like shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
