What if you could look out of the windows and see one of the most famous fountains in the world? This apartment overlooks the Trevi Fountain and offers much more than a room with a view. Located in the center of Rome, on the 4th floor of an '700 building (without elevetor), it has a living room, two double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable loft, TV, wi-fi, air conditioning and heating. From here you are in walking distance to the most important sites you want to visit; in few minutes you can reach historical places with the pleasure of feeling at home !

We had a wonderful experience in this property. The view of the Trevi Fountain is unmatched. The owners made the process very easy and Marco even helped carry our luggage up the stairs. We felt like we were staying with family. Amazing experience.

The apartment was light and airy in a great location. You can see Trevi fountain, which is a bonus. The entrance is tucked on a side street, which made it easily accessible away from the crowds. And, Felipe, the property manager was very kind and helpful.

Host family is amazing and so accommodating, such as helping us with our bags. It felt like visiting a family member. The view is as amazing as advertised. Everything is very clean.

This apartment is exactly as described. The trevi fountain area is right underneath the balcony. It’s very crowded around there but we always felt safe entering the apartment. The hosts are amazing and available. We loved our stay. The only thing to note is that it’s a 4th floor walk up. Thankfully the host helped us carry up our bags. We would recommend to family and friends and highly recommend this amazing apartment.

Filipo was very kind and helpful to us in getting the most out of our time in Rome. The apartment is very charming with an excellent full open view of Trevi Fountain and the surrounding plaza. The location is central and walking distance to everything you will want to see.

Absolutely magical location. Clean as could be. Supermarket right down the street and a perfect little kitchen for small meals. Host was incredibly helpful and answered every question within minutes. Would suggest this apartment to anyone that can handle the stairs, no elevator but the view is worth the climb. Size was perfect for my wife and 2 teenagers.

This was such a fun place to stay! The view of the Trevi Fountain is amazing and it’s not loud at all. It’s a great location and walkable to so many sites around Rome. Filippo was sooper helpful and the apartment was clean and beautiful. The apartment is on the top floor and there is no elevator. Not a problem for us, but if you have any health issues, this may not work for you. If not, I highly recommend this apartment!

Fellippo was very helpful and let us in early! His father Marco was across the hall and was wonderful. The location is very cool!! It was a bit loud- but for a short stay it was fine! The apartment itself was all the pictures showed- great view- very clean- plenty of towels (Fellippo exchanged them after day 3 of our 6 day stay) and very roomy.
This was Christmas Day - lots of visitors this day!!

Wonderful Apartment

We were delighted with the apartment and the location is wonderful. There is so much to see and do and many of the main attractions are within reasonable walking distance. The apartment itself if beautiful and the host is so kind and attentive. We would love to be able to stay here again when we return to Rome.

The location of the apartment is perfect for seeing the sights. View of the Trevi Fountain was spectacular. Fabulous restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Customer service exceeded all expectations.

Beat the crowd and stay here!

What an amazing ending to our honeymoon! We had such an amazing experience staying here. Got to see the Trevi Fountain in all its glory day and night and got to see it without being in the mix of the crowd. Filippo was an amazing host and even carried my wife’s bag upstairs. 10/10 will stay again when in Rome!!

Trevi fountain beauty

Super cute place. Fillipo was amazing to deal with. The only down fall was the 90 stairs up bit it was worth it for the view

Easy communication and great location!

Amazing view, Delightful owners

What an amazing way to start the day in Rome— the views from the apartment are breathtaking. There was no noise despite the crowds below and the owners are lovely people. They helped us with transfers and had great local recommendations. All around wonderful experience.

Amazing views, great host, close to everything

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Filippo’s apartment at the Trevi Fountain. The apartment is well appointed, has great views to the crowds of Trevi below and is a short walk to most major sites in Ancient Rome. Filippo is a very attentive host and gave us lots of great recommendations for our stay in Rome. Grazie!

Just Overall Great Experience

The location and view make this place worth it alone, but the helpfulness and warmness of Filippo and his father Marco was beyond welcome. Stay here if you can! Pro-tip for future renters: Recommend moving the couch in front of the window. We sat for hours with our wine people-watching every night after dinner.

Most Awesome Place!

Could not ask for a better picture of Rome than the Trevi Fountain! This apartment gives a wonderful backdrop of the fountain! The apartment has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and den. The owner emailed as needed with directions and helped with the little items. Stay here if you can!!

April 2023 Stay

This is a fantastic property to explore Rome from. Walking distance to everything. Fillipo and Marco were very helpful, recommending a driver to get us there from the airport (take this option, it will save you time and make your arrival very easy). Apartment was exactly what we expected, everything worked. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome for the first time.

Great Location

Loved our stay here! Fillippo was fantastic. He arranged a car to pick us up at the airport which took a lot of the arrival stress away. Lovely fresh flowers & a bottle of wine waiting for us at the apartment. Very clean. Location is great. The stairs made sure we burned off our pasta every night! I would stay here again. And very nice to see Trevi with no crowds in early AM & late PM.
