Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our week-long stay at this clean, simple and well-equipped condo. I particularly liked the minimalist decorations b/c it made the spreading out of our things and then the gathering up & packing so easy. I also love that the kitchen now has a full view of the ocean. Suzannah also was immediately receptive to our request for 2 additional lamps & I think she'd respond the same if others had special requests. It was freezing at the beginning of our week (parts of Fernandina Beach actually got snow), but the beach was lovely. It's a great beach for walking or jogging-nice hard sand. We visit Fernandina Beach each year to see dear friends who live there & I hope to rent this condo again.

Weekend getaway

Well appointed one bedroom condo right on the beach. Love that it’s not overly decorated and is in great shape. 4th floor with wonderful ocean views. Nice, heavy sliding glass doors that open so you can hear the waves crashing on the beach. Close access to tennis courts and pool. Only issue was with the Nest thermostat which appeared to be locked with code. Suzannah was quick to respond and adjust remotely and provided instructions. We still couldn’t get it to work and luckily the outside temperature didn’t change drastically and we didn’t have to bother the owner again.

November at the beach

The view is amazing i could siy on the porch all day. Close to everything on Amelia Island this condo was the perfect getaway

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed our trip very much. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would stay here again. Beautiful view and location. Suzannah was amazing, communicating everything we needed to know and answering our questions.

Loved our stay

Loved our stay. The property was clean, well stocked and very much as it looks in the photos. All seating and the bed were comfortable. I brought toilet paper due to a previous review but it was not needed - the stocked paper was good quality. The view was excellent. It was nice to have the beach supplies included too (chairs, towels etc). Would stay again!

Fall Break

We had a wonderful week in Amelia Island. Host was very responsive with any questions we had regarding our stay. We loved the place and found it to be very spacious. The patio provides a gorgeous view. The retractable blinds in the bedroom were amazing. We would definitely choose this place again. Thank you!

Exceeded our expectations

We love Amelia Island. This was our fourth visit to the Amelia Surf and Racquet Club, but our first time in this particular condo unit. First, it has an unobstructed ocean view. Second, it is super clean and comfortable. Third, the amenities were quality (well-equipped kitchen, nice beach chairs, towels, and umbrella, great bed and pillows, and a great shower). Fourth, the hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. I hope we get a chance to stay again. Thank you, Suzannah, for making our vacation on the island the best yet!

Wonderful Location for a Beach Vacation

Property was well-maintained and comfortable. Access to the property was easy. The location at the Surf and Racquet Club is nice. I would certainly consider staying here again and would recommend it to others looking for a nice beach vacation.

Host is Fantastic

Our host was prompt in answering any questions Then TS Debbie decided to complicate the trip and make it impossible for us to get from our home to the condo. However, the host was able to accommodate us a little later in the month. This is allowing us the opportunity to celebrate our anniversary a little later than originally planned. We are so excited and looking forward to our time there. Thank you so much!

Wonderful Condo

Surprise engagement trip

This property will forever be unforgettable for me and my now fiancé!!! The door code just happened to be the year date of our Anniversary first date. Which set the tone that ended up being the surprised engagement, that will etch this place in our future family history for years to come. We would definitely come back here again and again. A special thanks to our gracious host Suzanna who was readily available with quick responses should the need arise. We recommend this place and rate it a 10/10.

Truly amazing property

I stayed here with my wife and daughter for a week, and it was one of the best vacations we have had in a while. The condo was very clean, and the view of the beach as you first walk in the door was amazing, everything exceeded our expectations at this property. Access to the beach was simple and not a long walk at all where the beach itself was not overly crowded or busy like I have seen other beaches before. The island itself had plenty for us to do and enjoy, we took time to explore Fort Clinch and the north side of the island and spent a bit of time walking down the coast of Boneyard Beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we hope to stay here again sometime soon

Wonderful Beach Stay!

We love the location of this pristine condo…easy access to a great beach and nice pool. We also liked the convenient shower and hose to rinse us and beach stuff off. We never had an issue with parking right in front of the building and the easy gate access was great. Our host, Suzanne was super responsive and our stay was wonderful!

A Fantastic Stay

We can not say enough about what a fantastic stay we had at Suzannah’s Condo. Suzannah was the best host we have ever had. We had couple of small issues that were immediately taken care of. In fact, Brett, her husband, even went above and beyond when we had an issue with the lock. Brett brought us a bottle of wine for our troubles. The condo was immaculate, located just minutes from downtown Fernadina Beach, right on the beach, and had gorgeous views of the beach. We highly recommend this host and condo for your stay in Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island.

Very comfortable!

Loved the ocean view from the big window in the living room! And great shades in the bedroom make it super dark if you like to sleep that way.
