As you move, from our renovated kitchen, complete with laundry area, through our dining area that comfortably seats four, to our bright and open living room, the breathtaking view is constant. But it doesn’t end there! Our tranquil bedroom with a custom closet offers access to the same mesmerizing view to help you unwind. Truly, paradise from every angle!

While this condo was pretty bare bones, it had a beautiful view and was very clean. The owner was responsive and access info was very clear.

If you want to see the most beautiful sunrise and sunset this condo is for you. Condo is decorated beautifully and not over filled like so many are. Gordon was best host! We will be back!

Had a great time, place was very well kept up, clean, and every thing we needed, especially having available beach chairs to use. Host was easy to get a hold of for any of our questions and so very pleasant, thank you !

Everything was great! Condo was clean and perfect for two. Overlooks one of the two pools, and is steps from the beach. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay on Amelia Island. The condo was nice. The sink in the bathroom is not very accessible if you are on the shorter side as it stands tall on the counter.I also think the condo could benefit from a dehumidifier because our clothes were damp feeling hanging in the closet and our bathroom towels would not dry. Check in was great! Also think communication would benefit being through text while you’re on vacation and not your email. We did not know about the fire alarms test because I did not read the email until the next day.I would definitely recommend this condo.

Quiet, beautiful view. Loved seeing the sunrise and dolphins from the deck in the morning, and tortoises on site. Easy beach access, clean and crisp inside.Note to bring soap and conditioner with you! :)

We live right off the island and have always loved being here! In our free time we like to spend our days either on the beach or at the pool....anywhere near the water. We take pride in our ownership of our villa and hope that you will enjoy your time with us.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Surf & Racquet is perfectly situated on the south end of Amelia Island- just down from the Ritz-Carlton and north of the Amelia Island Plantation- and it remains a "secret spot" among those in the know. Our busiest times of year are from March through mid August and the amount of people here during that time is a fraction as compared to places like Daytona, Jacksonville Beaches and especially Hilton Head (we've spent a lot of time in these areas). To the south of the island, you will find the undeveloped Talbot Island (award-winning state parks) and to the north, you will find Historic Fernandina, birthplace of the modern shrimping industry and past playground of families such as the Vanderbilts, du Ponts, and even Edward Teach (Captain Blackbeard).
