This property is exactly as described. We were a family group of 14, ranging from an infant to 2 seniors and everyone had a wonderful time. The home is very spacious with enough seating both inside and out. The kitchen was very nicely equipped, many refrigerators provided, the grounds and location were gorgeous and the dock and paddleboards and canoe made for a lot of fun in the lake.The house was very clean, nice bedding and decor. Definitely would recommend to anyone I know!

This property is by far THE BEST that we've rented in our 10 years as renters at Lake Anna. This lot is spectacular! Not many steps, relatively flat yard, several canoes & paddle boards, private beach for kids to play in sand and near water - WOW! Let's not forget the deep dock, beautiful pool (with flat area for little kids), splash pad and huge raft at the dock. The bedrooms were great size, the kitchen was stocked with appliances, the billiard room was great and had tons of games/toys for the kids. It was easy communicating with Matt. He made the renting process very efficient and stress-free. Top notch property and host all around!

My family had a fabulous week at this wonderful house. It is everything you see in the pictures and more. From the pool to the dark everything was meticulous and a source of great fun. Matt the host was exceptional.One of our very best vacations.

Beautiful with many recent renovations. Great pool & spa. Enjoyed lake and canoeing. Outdoor kitchen & grill needed a little cleanup.

Our family (8 adults and 5 kids) spent a week at this Lake Anna rental in early August. What a great week! This large house is perfectly located to make it feel like the entire lake is yours. It is very private.The rental includes:A fantastic pool and hot tub!Fire pit (firewood provided!) and large gathering space near the pool & fireOutdoor kitchen with a brick pizza ovenPlenty of parkingPool table and rec room filled with games!!!Fishing pier, kayaks, paddleboards, and a canoe to really enjoy the lakeSeveral smart televisions throughout (really great tech all around!)Fully outfitted kitchen with a pantry and large eating areaClean and comfortable rooms (nice beds)Extremely quiet house! I mean, dead quiet.Multiple fridges, freezers, ice-makersGeneral store within walking distanceMultiple gathering areas to provide separation (lake side, pool side, spacious deck, under deck area, poolside patio, and large rooms inside)Fantastic sunsetsMore than generous supplies (toilet paper, paper towels & plates, etc.)Very responsive host (thanks, Matt!)This was one of the best vacation homes my family has ever rented. We always look to rent houses that provide indoor fun in the event of bad weather and adequate outdoor space for cornhole and sports activities. This house checked all of our boxes. Highly recommended!

Amazing Family Vacation

The house and property were beautiful and well maintained. Communication with property owner was quick and thorough. So many wonderful things to do especially with the splash doc, swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit and boat house. The kitchen was gorgeous and large to fit all of our group. Loved this trip to Lake Anna.

Spectacular views

We had a Great stay other than some mice in the house that I’m sure Matt our Host will take care of! Beautiful place with lots of things to do to keep the kids busy and Adults. Very peaceful setting! The lake was very warm, I think you could swim in it in December and it would feel great. Everything you needed was basically provided which was really nice!

A Wonderful, Peaceful Beautiful slice of heaven.

Our very busy family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. What a perfect spot to enjoy outdoor games, kayaking, puzzles, card games 3 generations of busy kids making wonderful memories-We hope to return. Thank you Matt

Impressive is an understatement

This property is beautiful. From the Beach area by the SUP and kayaks - perfect for lil tikes, school age and high schoolers, to the boat house equipped with life vests, splash pad and a separate kitchen, to the truly amazing pool, our week was sensational! Thanks to Matt for also being great at communicating and answering our questions during our stay. Kudos!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time! The house is very roomy, but also cozy plenty of room for family games, but also places inside and on patio for small group conversations or quiet reading. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped; there are several wine fridges and 3 regular sized refrigerators. The check in process was straight forward and Matt was very responsive when we had a few questions. This house really met our needs on every level.

Great experience and relaxing lake view!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this spacious and comfortable property. The panoramic lake view was breathtaking, arguably one of the best we've ever seen. The kids had a blast swimming in the warm lake with the sandy beach and using all the kayaks. The kitchen looked incredible and was well stocked. The outdoor kitchen and boathouse kitchenette were well stocked also. The owner was exceptional and responsive, ensuring we had a great experience. The country store 200 yards from the house was incredibly convenient for fried chicken and beer runs. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and highly recommend this property. We're excited to return!

Perfect place to accommodate large groups, wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation at Matt’s house at Lake Anna. The house looks exactly like the pictures had shown. The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable. The house really offers a stunning view from both the living room and kitchen. Kitchen is well-Equipped, newly upgraded. The coffee machine and coffee supplies are excellent additions. Kitchen with lots of cabinets, lightened up granite countertop, plenty of dining and cooking supplies. Huge dining table for entire two big families. There is a game room connected with the kitchen, pool table and several board games, variety collection of books and films for different age groups. The spacious living area, cozy bedrooms. Two sets of bunk beds are perfect to hold all the kids. There are bathrooms on each level in every bedroom. convenient, and offers privacy. Each room was equipped with small bottles of shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and lotions. The communication between the host Matt was very smooth, pleasant and very fast respond. The host was very kind and generous. And host allowed our request of checking out late than planned time, to give our kids more time to kayak and pack. Matt is a great and very responsible host. Fishing suppliers, kayaks, safety vests are available for lake activities and fun. Great outdoor sittings for both ground level yard and deck. There were plenty of fire starters, grill facilities, hot tub ready to use. Will definitely recommend to any friends travelling with large families.

Phenomenal house! There were lots of features that really set it above and beyond. The property has a pizza oven and Traeger grill which was perfect for us since our whole family likes to cook. There was also a wonderful game room with a pool table where we spent a lot of time. My family had a wonderful week and would happily stay again!!
