Great place for family vacation. Excellent location to the beach that wasn’t too crowded on the July 4th holiday. Very convenient to shopping center although shopping at Rosemary and any stores. Would definitely book this place in the future.

We really loved staying here! Perfect for our family vacation! The kitchen was furnished with everything you might need!! Two kitchens was perfect for our group! One on the bottom floor and one on the third floor. Plenty of beds for everyone! The elevator was so nice in carrying luggage and groceries up to the third floor! The owners were perfect and answered immediately when we had a question. The walk to the beach was so easy! Great for children. I can’t say enough great things about this place! We will definitely be back!!

Nolan’s Nook Inland Beach

Perfect location to the beach. Very nice home with plenty of space. Everyone was so helpful and responsive. Made our stay so nice.

Great vacation home

We had a wonderful experience at this home! Very clean and it had a nice relaxing beach feel. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were beautiful! With just a quick walk to the beach from the home it made it very easy for our family to go back and forth!

Awesome house

We had a great stay at Nolan’s Nook. The amenities were great, we had everything we needed and could walk to the beach. We’ll be back.

Ideal Location for Us

Our family loves this property. It’s very close to the beach. It’s far enough from Destin that you don’t have the crowds, but accessible to Destin if you want to do something there. The house fit our group of ten this year with room to spare.

Holiday at the Beach

We reunite with family after Christmas every year in Inlet Beach. This unit was excellent for our purposes. Owners very quick to respond to questions or issues. Recommended to stay again.

Wonderful Girls Weekend Getaway!!

We had a girls weekend and had an incredible time at Inlet Beach!! The house was the perfect size super clean and had everything we could need! Easy walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella available to rent if we wanted and a wagon at the house that helped us carry all of our towels and coolers! Overall great weekend and looking forward to our next getaway!

Elevator a Game Changer

Nolan’s Nook

We stayed at Nolan's Nook recently and we will definitely be coming back. We had an absolute blast. The beach is close by and it was not crowded at all. There is a pool in the private backyard if you want time to yourselves. The bedrooms have balconies and we caught a nice breeze. The house was stocked with everything we needed, every thought was taken care of... The beds are SO comfortable! The sheets were very soft and nice. The owner Marijane was available for our questions. We definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at Nolan's Nook. The property was great for our family. The bunkroom downstairs was perfect for 4 kids. The rooms (including another bunk) on second floor & third floor were situated nicely. We had littles that went to bed early, so the older kids and grown up could play games upstairs without waking them. It is a little walk to the beach, but there is a wagon on site to pull your belongings. The host were very attentive and responded promptly to any concerns we had. (Cable was out, but was promptly fixed.)The beach was amazing, the beach chairs/umbrellas was a plus along with private access to that area. We made lots of wonderful memories on this trip and can't wait to do it again.

Wonderful Beach House with Short Walk to Inlet Beach

Our large family loved this beach house! Each master bedroom has its own private bathroom and balcony porch for enjoying your coffee or wine. We all loved having another full kitchen right by the small pool and spa. The pool is small, but our grandchildren loved swimming and playing in it. Our jaunts to the beach were short and easily managed with very young children and a wagon. I was shocked to see cars driving around searching for a parking spot and was thankful that we did not have to worry about finding parking. The kitchens are all fully appointed with anything you would need including ice machines. The elevator was much appreciated as my husband and I used it to pack up to leave. We did not use it before then since we didn’t want the grandchildren to be drawn to it. We loved it though! The bathrooms were all spacious with separate tubs and roomy showers. The very large 3rd floor was the gathering place for us with a king suite, large kitchen, dining, and living area, plus the great porches! We definitely would stay at Nolan’s Nook again!

5 STARS! The BEST Location, GREAT Hosts, Elevator is a GAME CHANGER!!

What a perfect stay! The hosts were top notch with their communication and everything else. If I had any questions, I just texted them. Super clean, great layout for multiple families (even though it was just my husband and me) with plenty of room for everyone to stay out of each other's way. The bottom level apartment was especially neat with it's own kitchen, full bath, access to the pool. I can tell you this....never will we stay at a property that does not have an elevator from this point on. It was a breeze with our luggage, and after a day at the beach and being zapped by the sun, the last thing we wanted to do was climb a few flights of stairs. There were several times when my husband had forgotten something in the kitchen and we could not imagine going up and down, up and down, up and down steps. Let's face it, beach houses are TALL and have MEGA stairs. The home was decorated so nicely and top appliances. We really enjoyed having our own little private pool to float in after coming in from the beach. Oh, and the beach is right there!!! Literally 100 yards and the beach entrance did not have steps (can you tell that I'm not a fan of climbing a million steps? LOL). You just walk right onto the beach and immediately you see the beach chair guy. You don't need a golf cart because everything is so close, but we rented one because we like to drive around and look at the beautiful houses. This really is a perfect property and we can't wait to return!!

Wonderful family-friendly location as well as clean upon arrival. The host was easy to communicate with and the process for check in and check out was a breeze. Location of the beach is just a walk away and easy to get to. Relatively quiet location as well as beautiful. Not too far from PCB if you need more activity, but the restaurants and grocery locations are close and great.I would definitely recommend this host and location to others.

Spring Break

Everything was just as described. Had a great time except for few days of bad weather which the property owner assured me she would correct next time….. Will be back . Great house !

Family reunion over fall break

The property and the owner were wonderful. We had elderly grandparents with us in the elevator was wonderful for them. while the heated pool stop cheating midway through hard is it, the owner was fast in finding us another heated pool nearby which we did take advantage of. She was wonderful! Very attentive and fast responding to my questions and needs

Great location!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location is excellent. We really liked the Inlet beach area and easy access to 30A. Having the elevator was very useful, especially for our older family members. It was really easy to reserve chair and umbrella sets for the day. And, having the pool at the house was wonderful. The house was clean, although we weren't thrilled with a large fee for COVID cleaning on top of the typical cleaning fee. A few considerations for those thinking about this house for a large group.... The beds on the lowest level were very uncomfortable and would only recommend for kids, so is somewhat limiting. We didn't find any grill utensils, there was no toilet paper in some bathrooms, and the hand soap was watered down in most bathrooms, so recommend bringing your own items.

Relaxing and accommodating

We went for a girls trip to celebrate a 40th birthday and it was perfect. We rode bikes, they setup chairs and umbrellas for us, the house has everything you could need, and overall just a perfect relaxing trip we all needed! The owners were accommodating to any questions I had beforehand and during the trip.

Great getaway!

Our family had a much needed getaway from a very long year of isolation. This was the perfect place in a perfect setting right in Inlet Beach. The home was extremely spacious; it was 5 of us, but definitely could have invited 5-7 more family/ friends. The appliances were very high end; we did have one issue with the dryer & it was replaced within the same day I called- without interrupting our day. The home is nicely located away from the crowds on the beach; and conveniently close to great restaurants - mostly offered takeout as well. The host was very gracious and quickly replied to any questions/concerns. We will definitely return; possibly with more family members.

Everything about our experience made it sad for us to leave!

We absolutely loved the property, the service, the beach...all the memories we made! The property manager was efficient, kind, helpful and reliable. They went out of their way to help create a place we will visit again! You’ll for sure want to check this place out!
