Very Roomy and great location. The room has 2 ceiling fans that provide good circulation. We stayed a month and cooking can be a challenge on just a hot plate, but there is an electric frying pan that can take up the slack.

Very nice place,there was never a apt number on the condo so we drove around for 45-to an hour before she called back. Then to take a shower the shower was clogged just about the whole time. Which was gross. And 1 set of bath towels for us for a week with no washing maching ,was annoying,and the frige would freeze our foodAnd my husband complained about the TV it never worked!!! Like ever! But it was a beautiful place,perfect for just the two of us. Princeville is a perfect place for an middle aged couple,with shops near by,live music every night,places to walk. And the beaches near by. We spent every day at a different beach. I would stay in Princeville again just not with this place, and we are so easy going people

A enjoyable stay!!

Annie's place has a beautiful breeze and a beautiful view. There was everything I could need in the unit and a nice place to sit on the back deck. I enjoyed the pool and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

I can’t say enough positive things about this property and my experience!!!! Excellent location, so spacious, so comfortable, and so many amenities! The kitchen area allowed me to have groceries and cook for myself, and I was able to walk to several trailheads from the location. Host was incredibly communicative and responded in moments when I reached out. I have zero complaints, and after 6 nights it was really hard to leave!!! I felt so at home. Thank you so much!!!!!

Very clean spacious and amount of appliances available. A lot of beach supplies available for us to use. A great location shopping, very close to us. Nice neighborhood. Very satisfied with everything. We found it to be very accessible to the beach and other attractions.

Annie was very sweet. Beach chairs, umbrellas, & snorkeling gear were available to use. The unit doesn’t have a full oven/range, but does offer a microwave, electric hot plates and griddles for cooking/reheating food. No AC unit but a great breeze that kept it comfortable. Important to note that this is a second floor unit without an elevator. It was a perfect landing spot for a solo traveler exploring the North Shore.

Quiet and Comfortable

We spent a month in this studio Condo in Princeville. We have stayed in Paniolo before but this time we were next to the golf course. We had everything we needed to make regular meals- we utilized the electric skillet and the hot plates the most.The swimming pool was the perfect temperature and kept very clean. It’s the best place to stay if you want to be close to a grocery store, shopping, restaurants and Hanalei.

Very nice property

The studio is actually much larger than I imagined and quite nice. There's no air conditioning but a nice breeze flows through. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The owner is very nice. Problems I had were maintenance related. Only one of the two fans worked. The refrigerator started making loud noise for about 2 hours then calmed down. The tv is very tempermental. Biggest issue, if you are staying for awhile, is that there is no washer/dryer and there are no laundromats within 40 minutes of drive time. Also, I stayed 3 weeks and had no additional cleaning and only one change of linens and towels. Considering the location, the condo should be cleaned weekly.

Thank for telling us about the fan it is now fixed with a new one. Came with clean sheets, towels and were told to leave them outside that you wanted to make your bed. Didn't want to be disturbed. Sorry for the mix up in understanding.
