This combo property is composed of 2 separate units and is perfect for large groups. These are 2 separate units in the same building, same floor. Everyone will enjoy amazing views from the lanais. And it's quick access to the beach for swimming, kayaking and snorkeling and there is a front row seat for whale watching during the winter months.


First Unit

The first unit is a 3-bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse on the 3rd & 4th floors with 3 lanais with spectacular view. Quick access to our beach and BBQs. This beautiful condo is filled with art work by local Hawaiian artists. Gourmet kitchen with sub zero freezer. Upstairs, master bedroom is on the ocean with a jacuzzi style tub and a private lanai on the ocean. Guest bedroom has queen bed and private bath, lanai has mt. views. Downstairs is a 3rd bedroom, which is a converted office with a trundle bed which opens into twins. There is a sofa bed in the living room and a 1/2 bath off the hallway. This Unique spacious corner penthouse at Makani Sands is the largest condo in the building! 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath on the 3rd & 4th floor has incredible views of the ocean and neighboring islands of Molokai & Lanai, with quick access to our beach & large fresh water pool.

Decorated in a modern style, this beautiful townhouse comes equipped with a HDTV in the living room, and a TV in each upstairs bedroom. There is a full kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A large dining area with a dinner table. There is a 1/2 bathroom off the hallway downstairs. Spend some nights at home cooking up fresh fish on our beachfront BBQ, and have dinner on the large glass table. Two large ocean side lanais perfect for fabulous sunsets and whale watching. Upstairs oceanfront large master bedroom suite has a king bed, & master bath has a Jacuzzi tub for your relaxation and a double sink & dressing area. Guest bedroom on the mountain side, has a king bed and walk-in shower. There is a downstairs bedroom with twin beds, and a private bathroom. Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.
