An amazing getaway spot!

4 of us had a convention downtown and didn’t want to be at a hotel. This spot was easily traveled to the Convention Center! The view from this home is spectacular! The 4 bedrooms were all comfortable. I slept in the room off the garage, and it was cozy, secure, and I was able to control my own room temperature which was a bonus for me since I run colder than most. The kitchen was well-equipped, the living room area provided a wonderful view while relaxing. The cleanup directions were straight-forward and more simple than other places I’ve stayed. The neighbor was super friendly to us! The owner was responsive and available quickly. This was such a great experience! I’d stay at this home again!

Great for large families

We were in town for our Marine’s boot camp graduation. We had 2 families staying together in this home. 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 4-15). This home was very comfortable for us. Everything you could need plus some is available for you. We had 2 large suvs and had no issues with parking both vehicles in the garage. The street is tight but it’s not that bad. And location was perfect, only 5 mins from the gate. Worth every penny we paid. Thank you or everything.

Aram and his place were amazing!

We came for TwitchCON and was able to stay here, we are all VR creators and was an amazing place with many accommodations! Very responsive through messages answering all my questions and let us drop off bags before checkin

Very responsive host

Great location, but difficult to find on goggle. Uber had problems with location. House was very well equipped. Host was always on the ready to help. Great place for adults to enjoy all the attractions of San Diego.

Just what we needed

This house had an amazing view and was the perfect size for five adults and five kiddos. Evan was very communicative with details for getting in the house and throughout our stay.

Boot Camp Graduation

We had such a great stay at this property for my daughter's boot camp graduation. It's about a mile and a half from the MCRD. A little more than walking distance for us, but definitely doable. There are some really great restaurants nearby and we had the opportunity to check a few out. The house was a great space to host our family for a few days. The host was very communicative and made our stay a breeze. Check in and out was simple and quick. Thanks for everything!

Great location with spectacular view

We had a wonderful time at this house. It’s centrally located. All places we went to like downtown and La Jolla are less than 20 min away. The living room is facing the airport with spectacular view. Neighborhood is clean and friendly. The house is built on a narrow street, so it took sometime to come in and out of the garage. But you park the car up on the street that works also as there’s a short stairway that connects the road until to nearby the house. All the bedrooms are roomy. The guest bathroom downstairs is a little outdated. The shower pressure is a little low but everything works. The house is very clean in general. Internet wifi and tv all works well. It would be nice if the bedroom thru garage has its own bathroom. It’s a little inconvenient in the middle of the night. There are basic kitchen supply. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and families.

Very enjoyable

Lovely home. Comfy beds and couches. Fresh, clean white linens. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice large table for our family of 9. Airy, fresh decor. Nice views.couldn't figure out how the pull out couch worked and the rooms could use a dresser in each. Other than that, a very enjoyable experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as advertised and the views were amazing. The location was perfect, and the ease of contactless check-in and check-out was the best. The host was detailed in all of the correspondence and intructions. I would highly recommend this property.

Good

It is a good place with a great host. Location was great. Only thing I would note it’s that the parking is very tight and Ubers tend to get lost when locating the property. Also, you can hear planes taking off till about 2am. Bonus room is nice but more for a couple/ family that needs or wants to be secluded. Very dark at night as they don’t have a lot of lighting.

Overall great

This house was perfect for our two families enjoying a vacation. The location was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do in San Diego. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils (maybe bring your own foil, baggies, etc). Most of all, the host was very attentive. We needed a couple more towels and trash bags and they were delivered within an hour.

Okay stay

Our stay was okay, the house had a really nice view in a good neighborhood but the house is dirty and old. Also, the water heater broke the first night so didnt have hot water to shower. It was very inconvenient for us, and stressful especially this stay is for us and our family that is from out of town for our wedding day. It was kind of embarrassing actually.

Amazing location and wonderful communication w/ host

This location is perfect if you want a mix of city and beach activities as it's close to everything! The neighborhood also shows out of towners a unique spot in the city. The communication with the host was great and the spot is perfect for large groups!

Great Stay!

This property was perfectly located and was very cozy! We stayed here with some friends for my husbands 30th birthday and really enjoyed it! The views were incredible as well!!! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Location for Families

Great property to stay at with family. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The property is also located in an ideal location- close to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, and tons of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Nice Stay in Mission Hills

We had a lovely stay at this home. I was a little concerned originally about one of the bedroom's being off the garage, but it actually worked out perfectly for our teenage nephew who is a late riser while the rest of us are early birds. The location was very easy to get around, seemed like every destination was within a 10-minute driving radius. The kitchen has all the equipment needed though there are few pantry items, FYI if you plan on cooking more than eating out. Evan was a great host who was very easy to get in contact with.

Relaxing weekend away

This host and house are great! The host checked in with everyday to make sure we were ok. Beautiful views from every room in the house. The house was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Love that it was tucked away on a hillside in a beautiful neighborhood. Would strongly recommend this house to anyone heading to San Diego.

Beautiful spot with amazing views!

We were so incredibly impressed by this place! The pictures online are great but it is even better in person. The views are breathtaking and the sunsets/sunrises from the balcony are beautiful. The hosts were really responsive with any questions while we were there and we will definitely be coming back!

A good Thanksgiving overflow spot!

I rented the house for my adult siblings and their adult kids so they could stay in the neighborhood where I live. They said the rental was fine – before warned that there is no real street parking, but generally fine with two garage spots. Since less than 1.5 miles from where I was hosting the meals and pool parties, it worked out fine.
