Located On Beautiful Amelia Island, on the south end of Resort-Omni Amelia Island, in Beach Walker, this condo is a dream. It has oceanfront and Ocean Views, as well as pool views.


Newly renovated-January 2024- and updated with new kitchen appliances, the Kitchen Aid refrigerator has water and ice filtered through the door and the LG stove has an air fryer... and LVP throughout the entire property. 4 Bedrooms and 3 baths. 2 KING bedrooms having ensuite baths. Tub and shower combos in each. New mattresses and upgraded bedding for a good night's restful slumber! High-speed WIFI & smart TVs in every room with APP connections. The living room has a 50-inch smart screen.


This relaxing and comfortable property offers ample space for guests to unwind. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 full-size beds, this relaxing and comfortable property offers ample space for guests to unwind. The 3 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer, provide soothing retreats after a day of exploration. We had the perfect stay! The host was great communicating with us and also very helpful pre-stocking the house with items for our kids to make the arrival much easier. Quick walk down to the beach! And you can watch the sunsets and sunrises from the balcony!

This was our first family vacation to Amelia Island. We picked the perfect condo for our 5 adults and 2 babies. We found the condo clean and well appointed for our needs. We really enjoyed the pool which was just a short walk away. The view from the upper deck of the pool area was fabulous! The beach was a pretty good hike down a walkway. Dee , the manager, was very prompt with her communication. Thanks!!

Great Condo

Very nice andr clean. Easy to get around in. Great views. Everything about it was great. The grandkids and us had a great time. Wonderful place for all 5 of us.

Booking again for next summer!

We had a lovely stay in Amelia Island and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo itself was well taken care of and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved playing games at the table! The 3 levels allowed space for those who wanted a bit of peace and quiet. Dee was great and a great communicator. We plan to book again for next summer!

Our first trip to Amelia Island after the condo we normally rent at IOP was cancelled five weeks before our trip. Overall, I think we were just happy to have a place to go for summer vacation. I think the condo suited our needs well. We had a few small issues but Dee was great, helpful, and timely in her responses. There are a few negatives about the condo:1. The condo is divided into four floors with a set of stairs (8 or so steps) connecting them. This isn’t apparent on the listing. Not a big deal for us but could be for people with mobility issues or very young children. 2. While there are 3 bathrooms, they are tiny and are single vanities. No way more than one person could get ready at one time. Again, it wasn’t a huge deal for us but could be if you are trying to cycle 8 people through a shower to get ready for dinner3. It’s a 4-5 minute walk to the beach that is on boardwalk; however, the boardwalk has multiple levels with steps so if you’re the family who needs a beach cart to haul all your things this can’t be done by one person. Again, not a huge deal but just something to be aware of. 4. Parking - it’s pretty terrible. You are allotted one covered spot for your rental. It’s an extremely tight fit for modern sized family cars. If you have more than one vehicle, good luck. As for the pros, the condo was well stocked with towels, silverware, and basically anything else you need and the property manager Dee was highly communicative and responsive.

The perfect family vacation spot!

The condo was absolutely perfect - a 10 out of 10! It was recently remodeled and not a single detail had been overlooked. It is adorably decorated and had plenty of space for our group of 6. There were more than enough towels and the kitchen was stocked better than any unit I've rented before. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Look forward to staying at this unit again!

Awesome Family Vacation

We are regulars at Amelia Island (usually every other year). This is our second stay at this condo complex. Both times have been great. We chose this unit this year because it had 4 BR. We have 4 children, plus a couple of friends. The condo was perfect for our needs. And convenient to the Omni (where I had a conference Wed-Sat). Dee, the property manager, was attentive to our needs and stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. 5 stars all around. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Family vacation/reunion

This property exceeded our expectations in every way! Dee was an amazing host, thought of every detail in her upgrades in this property! We had a horrible rental experience and had to rebook a new place super last min. Dee met us at the property to ensure we were all set! Throughout the week if I had any questions Dee responded right away! The furnishings are amazing, super comfy beds, just gorgeous! This was a very important and special week for our family and we Couldn’t have had a better host or home!

Spring break family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at Beachwalker. Dee was wonderful with communication throughout the booking process to the check in. The condo is supplied with everything you need. Location and amenities are perfect to allow you to relax. It was our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 2,4,8) and their grandparents. This area is very family oriented and was perfect for us. We were very close to downtown but really enjoyed just walking around the villa area which included shops, the beach, pool, playgrounds and golf course area. My husband and I had date nights at the Omni restaurants which were easy to walk to from the villa. We fell in love with Amelia Island and hope to be back next year!

Great family vacation.

The unit is better than the pictures show. We ate in most all meals. The kitchen is the best equipped that I have experienced. Beautiful sunrises out from our living room. Spectacular sunsets from 3rd floor elevator. We loved the spacious living and kitchen area with all the modern upgrades and conveniences. We will definitely visit again. We had 5 adults and 2 children and plenty of room. Bathrooms are small but well supplied. Thank you, Dee!!

Property was as described - clean and great view of the pool and ocean. Very convenient to the elevator and easy loading and unloading. Great communication with property management and very quick response time. It is a walk to the beach but a beautiful view along the way! We had a wonderful vacation.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The loud drilling noise from the building repairs below our unit was too loud and created issues with our babies during naps. It should have been disclosed before the day of our arrival. Also the walk to the beach was at least a 4-5 minute walk at best. Lots of steps for little ones and beach carts. Parking is an issue if you have more than one car or a large vehicle. Only one parking space is provided in a tight space under the building.
