Great Family Friendly Beach Rental

My family and I stayed here in August and absolutely loved it! The property is set up very well and has everything you could possibly need. It's beautifully updated, and the amenities are excellent. My son especially loved having a pool to enjoy when he didn't want to be at the beach. The beach access is incredibly close, and we loved that the area was not crowded at all. One of our favorite parts of the stay was seeing the tortoises in the backyard and along the dunes every day. We would definitely recommend this property and are already looking forward to staying here again next year!

Great Property!

Everything was as described and our family had a great vacation. Property manager was excellent to work with, we would definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

Summer vacation in Outrigger 5048

Property was just as advertised. Many units are occupied by owner residents so it’s a bit more quiet. The property was clean, communication fantastic. Had everything we needed. Extremely pleased and hope to return.

Sisters weekend

We decided to have a sister’s weekend and attend the Shrimp Festival. We had an amazing time. The view from the rooms to the ocean was amazing. Loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and at dark sit on the balcony and enjoy the sound of the waves. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Plan to come back every year!

Great stay

Overall the stay was amazing. It was one of the cleanest houses we've ever rented. We loved having two sets of washer and dryers. The bathrooms were immaculate and beautifully updated. Of course the views were incredible. We also loved the storm doors to blackout the rooms for the kids bedrooms. Communication was very good between us and you all. We appreciate you all being flexible with the bayquip crib delivery. Areas of improvement: - it would've been nice to have shampoo and conditioner stocked in the bathrooms, as well as more cooking items like spices and oils. -the trash bags supplied need an upgrade - higher quality toilet paper would be much appreciated. -dish towels and a sponge go a long way -boardwalk shower is broken/non existent . You may want to update your listing.

Relaxing & Quiet location!

Great location on the quiet side of the beach! Pool was easily accessible and so was beach access at this location. The beach was never crowded. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 7. The views of the ocean were fantastic out both master bedrooms and everyone had their own bathroom. We also really appreciated two sets of washer/dryers for our larger group. Despite it being connected to two other units (one on each side of our unit) we never had any noise or issues. It was a wonderful stay the entire time!

Pros - can't beat the location, right on the beach, views are amazing. Property management was very responsive when one of the hurricane shutters broke and sent a repair company within 1 business day.Cons - the house is overdue for some updates and maintenance. You can definitely see the wear and tear from being a rental. The dishwasher filter has certainly not been cleaned in a long time - all of the dishes had a funny smell after running a load. We were contacted a few times to see if they could send people in to do routine maintenance for the a/c, pest control, and water softener. I don't feel it's appropriate to do that during our stay - it can wait until between rentals. There was also the construction project that went on outside for a full week of our stay. We were given less than 48 hours notice while already there, that the HOA walkway to the beach right next to the unit was being demolished and rebuilt. Unfortunately that made it so we weren't able to sit outside during the day due to the construction noise. And finally - this is to no fault of the owner or property management, but the next door neighbors have a dog that would often bark all day!

We're so glad the location and views delivered, and we're happy our team was able to respond quickly when the hurricane shutter needed attention. We hear your concerns and want to address a few of them. We're glad to share that the dishwasher filter has since been cleaned and we will continue to keep that on our regular maintenance checklist. Regarding the maintenance visits during your stay, we completely understand how disruptive that can feel, and we do our best to schedule those between guests. Unfortunately outside contractors don't always give us the scheduling flexibility we'd like, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As for the walkway construction, we truly understand how frustrating that must have been and we're sorry it impacted your time outside. We shared the information with you as soon as it was given to us, and we wish we had been able to give you more notice. That is simply not the experience we want for our guests. As for the neighbor's pup, we wish we could help with that one! Unfortunately that is a little outside of our control. We appreciate your patience and honest feedback, and we hope you'll give us another chance to show you the stay this property is truly capable of delivering! Stay Better Vacations
