We are so glad to hear that you had an amazing stay, and that you found the listing accurate with the 3 bedrooms and kitchen. Many door locks inside the home have been removed for safety reasons. Closing the doors provides privacy, while minimizing safety concerns at the same time. Glad the multiple AC units in the home worked for you during this very hot summer month. Thank you for staying with us and thank you for taking the time to write such a personal review. We take all constructive criticism seriously. Responding to all of your comments: 1) Housekeeping-has been made aware that only plush TP is to be stocked in the unit and has refilled all of the soap dispensers. 2) TV-sorry that the Dish network was out when you arrived. Maintenance was at your door in less that an hour. That is a good response time. 3) Stairs-we have never heard the comment about the stairs making your feet sore. Sorry about that. 4) Size of unit-the description on VRBO clearly states the square footage (1,250 sq ft) and the pictures are an exact representation of the unit. The unit has a 6 person occupancy (guests in beds) and 8 people maximum. The additional 2 guests are sleeping on twin pull out sleeper sofas. Also clearly listed. 5) Lofted upstairs bedroom: Has windows, high ceilings, is bright. Closets do not. For any future guest, please read all past reviews. This unit has a 4.8 rating out of 5 Thanks again for staying with us, and sorry that this unit was not for you.

As noted, we have A/C units and numerous fans throughout the condo. You happened to stay during an unseasonably warm stretch. A new dishwasher is on order. We agree that the number of guests that the unit comfortably sleeps is seven and we updated it several months ago. So happy that you enjoyed all the fantastic amenities that the resort offers.

We're sorry you found the sinks to be "too small", there are very clear photos of the kitchen and we're sorry you may have missed the size of these at the time of booking. We apologize about the lack of olive oil. We'll make sure to get some stocked for future guest. I've brought the issues you have mentioned with the shower to the attention of maintenance at Tamarron, they will send someone out to address these concerns. We're deeply apologize for your concern with the spiral staircase. There are a few photos to go along with a floor plan layout which shows these stairs. We assure you and future guest they are up to code and able to be used safely by anyone competent enough to walk up and down stairs. We apologize on you not being able to find the silverware drawer. We could offer to label it but we're sure you might comment on that being along the lines of tacky or something negative. We also apologize on the couch not being to your liking, we have never had another guest comment of the comfiness of this piece of furniture. It was stated in the listing that "Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking." Sounds like you may have missed this. We hate to hear that you didn't enjoy your time or specific things about the unit. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future to hopefully offer a better and more "user friendly experience".
