Our Splash unit is located less than 2 miles from Pier Park.

Disappointed

Found dirty sock in one of the closets , garbage disposal damage, smell humidity inside , couch worn out and old , the tubs all the water got stuck other than that the pools amazing and the ocean amazing but the room was horrible for me

Splash Resort - Panama City Beach

We love the Splash resort. I have no complaints about the pool area, hallways, or elevators. The particular room that we stayed in definitely needs an upgrade on the furniture in the living area. The couch is red, but has a black film over it from years of use and is almost sticky to the touch. We ended up getting sheets to put over all of the furniture so that we could sit on it. We stayed in this same room a couple of years ago and it was already getting dirty, but definitely hasn't been cleaned since then.

Perfect Beach Getaway at Splash Resort! UNIT EAST 1006

We recently stayed at this incredible two-bedroom condo at Splash Resort and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Location: The location is perfect—right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach. The views from the condo are breathtaking, with stunning sunrises and sunsets visible from the spacious balcony. The proximity to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping makes it an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration. The Condo: The condo itself is nice and immaculately clean. The living area is comfortable and cozy, with plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of fun in the sun. Amenities: Splash Resort offers fantastic amenities for both adults and kids. The multiple pools, including the splash pad and lazy river, were a hit with our family. There are also great areas for relaxation, like the hot tub and the poolside bar. The resort also has a well-equipped fitness center, a game room, and even an on-site mini-mart for any essentials you might need. Service: The communication with the owner was excellent. he was responsive, helpful, and ensured that we had everything we needed for a seamless check-in and check-out.

Kick back and put your feet in the beautiful white sand!

Perfect location for a family. Lots to do including multiple pools and of course the gorgeous beach/ocean. Amar was a great host, easy to work with and responded quickly to my questions. There were 2 double red flag days during our week and several Portuguese man of war sightings, so don’t get near any jellyfish that look like a blueish bottle. My kids found some great shells, way better than at Shell Island! We enjoyed shopping at Alvin’s for souvenirs right across the street. Hint - if you have a car topper, park directly behind Alvin’s in the deck. There is a Winn Dixie right down the street that’s convenient. If anyone gets sick, go to the American Family Care in Panama City Beach. Very clean, friendly and helpful when my little guy needed medication. My only suggestion would be to have some kid friendly plastic dishes, but we stocked up on paper plates, bowls, and cups while we were there. Overall, our family of 6 had a fantastic family beach vaca in May! Lots to do in the area, so you can make it as active or relaxing as you want. Enjoy!

Exactly what we needed

Our condo was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The condo was clean, comfortable and the 10th floor view was beautiful. I had a couple questions regarding our check in and the property manager answered quickly. We would definitely come back. You can’t beat staying right on the ocean. And you are so close to food and shopping!

This condo had a lot for the kids to do. We loved the lazy river. Lot of fun! Would recommend for a family with little ones. Owner was easy to communicate with. :)

Family Beach Trip

We had a blast. The room was GREAT, clean and spacious. The hotel was very nice and a lot of extras the kids could take advantage of, pools and water park. Highly recommend.

Great property and nice on site stores, however if the Condominium uses the same cleaners they are a joke, sheets still had sand in them and the floors were not mopped or swept

It was just as shown. It had amazing views and was clean. We enjoyed it very much!

We were a little delayed getting in because it was still being cleaned but other than that it was an amazing stay. We were there for a week had amazing views and it was close to everything. We plan on going back again.

Very nice location and great pools and views.

This was exactly what my family was looking for in a vacation. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Splash had many pool options and easy access to the beach. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nice overall

Overall everything was nice, cleaning crew missed a couple spots, mainly the hall bathroom tub had black foot prints.

Not worth it

The beds were hard as a rock, the condo could of been cleaner. When we arrived we put our groceries in the refrigerator and headed out for the day, when we returned late that night the fridge was hot and everything we had just bought was ruined. The owner did send somebody to fix it the next day but that didn’t help the fact that everything we had in there was ruined including food / milk for 2 babies that were 18 months old. He refused to refund for the groceries that were ruined, even offered to send proof of purchase to show we had just bought them. The elevators in the condo are extremely slow, there is no workers anywhere so if you need help it’s impossible to find an employee.

Family Vacation

I would stay here again. It was a great trip. I was concerned about beds being comfortable but we found both beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need. There was even salt and pepper which was great cause we never think of needing that. We enjoyed the resort and you didn't have to walk far to the beach like when we stayed in Fort Walton. Elevators were very quick while we were there. Never had an issue with that. I am a germ a phobe so the only issue for me was both shower curtains were mildewed but that was really only an issue for me. I can't stand when mine start to get that way at home. That was an easy fix we just bought a cheap one and since there was only 3 of us we just used the master bath. The water was standing in tub while we showered but luckily I had a plumber with me and he fixed that. The toilet paper holder also fell in the floor when I tried to take the wrapping off the toilet paper but that was not an issue for us. I am sure our host would have been happy to help with any of those very minor issues. The location was great. There were no issues with noise. We will definitely be back as we try to go to the beach atleast twice a year. We are very appreciative that we were allowed to use the condo and hope our 2 year old didn't leave too many crumbs. Thank you so much we will see you in May!

Good Experience!

The unit was probably one of the cleanest that we have stayed in. A couple suggestions, a few more pillows and blankets and we wish there would have been some plastic dinner wear and cups.

Pros of condo: The condo was nice and spacious. I had no problems with any of the utilities working, which is nice. The view from the balcony was very pretty and the balcony was big. Cons of condo: the condo seemed very expensive for what it offered. The beds were very uncomfortable and so was the couch. There wasn’t broom so I couldn’t sweep the sand. Needed more rugs, my 3 year old slipped and fell twice while just walking. ( water was already wiped up). I feel like I could have got a much nicer condo for the price. Pros of Resort: friendly staff, variety of pools, nice water park, grill place by pools Cons of resort: elevators took forever, check in and out was a nightmare, charged a $25 check in fee

Splash

This was our first time at PCB. Splash resort was awesome for the most part. 2 pools, splash pad, small water park & a lazy river. Plenty of pool space & fun for the kids. Beach was of course perfect. The elevators at the resort aren’t great. The wait time is terrible. The condo itself could’ve been a little cleaner but it was doable. Also wished there was more towels/wash cloths for bathrooms & the kitchen. we had to wash them multiple times throughout the week. So the washer & dryer was life saver! Overall, our trip was a blast & we can’t wait to go back to PCB!

This property has many advantages that appealed to us when we first saw it. First of all, the property itself is very nicely decorated, and has a great view of the gulf - the 10th floor is not too far up, but high enough to be able to fully take in the gulf's beauty. Also, our daughter LOVED the amazing waterpark and arcade area. We truly appreciate this condo, and its many, many benefits.

This property has some nice unique benefits. It is very close to all of our favorite spots in Panama City. Pier Park is within a couple of miles, and many of our favorite restaurants are less than 3 miles away! The building itself has a waterpark, 2 pools, and an awesome arcade! but best of all, the emerald-green gulf and the soft, grainy sand make this beach very enjoyable!
