Brand new spacious 6-bedroom house in downtown Harbor Springs Michigan!
Enjoy downtown Harbor Springs living at its finest. Two blocks from downtown. Very quiet and family-friendly neighborhood.
The main house has five bedrooms and each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
The carriage house above the garage is set up like an apartment with a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and full bathroom.
Both the main house and carriage house have open floor plans.
There are seven fireplaces throughout: living room, both master bedrooms, the center bedroom, one of the offices, on the back patio and in the carriage house. So many cool places to visit: in town restaurants, tunnel of trees, Pond Hill Farm, Nubs Nob, The Highlands, water taxis, it’s endless…

Great location, beautiful home.
House is absolutely beautiful, and had plenty of room for my extended family. The owner is a joy to work with, and very accommodating.

Beautiful home
We spent a week in Harbor Springs with family. This home was very spacious and clean. Excellent quality towels and beds. Perfect location within walking distance to downtown! We will be back!!

Perfect Location & Size for Big Family!
My family & I stayed on the property for about 5 days and it was perfect. Every morning/evening we were able to walk into town. We had a total of 8 people staying at the property and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Really spacious, clean rooms & bathrooms, and great living room area to hangout in.
100% would stay there again!

Excellent stay
The house is wonderful. There is plenty of room with all bedrooms en suite. Two different sets of laundry. All perfect for a large group. The house is obviously a primary residence with a lot of Knick Knacks for small children to get into as well as a pretty full fridge and pantry leaving space at a premium. Overall the location and facilities can’t be beat and would stay here again.

The property exceeded all expectations. The house is clean and remarkably comfortable. All of the rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The amenities are outstanding. The large kitchen is clean, modern and very user friendly. We cooked at least one meal every day. The property is located within easy walking distance to downtown Harbor Springs and the beach and park. The backyard was nice for the grand kids to run around and play catch or soccer. The patio and porch are comfortable and is great in the evening. The host is friendly and very easy to communicate with. We had no issues or problems and everything went as planned.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely come back. The cottage was clean, comfortable, and had everything our family needed for a relaxing week in Harbor Springs. It struck the perfect balance of being cozy while still offering plenty of space for everyone to spread out.The location couldn’t have been better—quiet and peaceful, yet close to downtown, the waterfront, and everything Harbor Springs has to offer. It made it easy to enjoy morning walks, family outings, and evenings together without spending time driving.The home was well-equipped, thoughtfully maintained, and truly felt like a place where memories are made. The host was responsive and made the entire process seamless from check-in to check-out.If you’re looking for a family-friendly cottage in Harbor Springs, this is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it and hope to return next summer.
