Complete, beautiful renovation in 2018

You can't get any closer to downtown!
Located literally steps from shops and restaurants. 2 doors down from the Historical Museum.

*Call with questions on rates and length of stay*. Minimum 1 week in Summer.

The house is spacious, with 5 individual bedrooms, including (1) King, (3) Queens, (1) Full and a set of twin bunk beds. Could easily accommodate several families or 5 couples!

Spacious kitchen and eating area, new appliances and everything you need is already there-- just bring groceries.
The open floor plan allows for an easy flow from kitchen, to dining and living area.

Features include large wrap around front porch overlooking Main Street. Plenty of outdoor seating including a BBQ gas grill and bikes for our seasonal renters.

Located only 10 minutes from two of Northern Michigan's great ski resorts, Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob, and only minutes from Lake Michigan and the gorgeous beaches of Harbor Springs and Petoskey.

Lastly, there is parking for 4 vehicles on the premises and street parking available.

Right in downtown!

We enjoyed our long weekend in Harbor Springs with a group of 9 adults and kids! The house had plenty of space for everyone and the basics that we needed. The fall colors were gorgeous and Pond Hill Farm is always fun too!

Lovely home in great location! Kitchen had all the equipment etc.needed to cook a great dinner using all the ingredients we purchased at the local farmers market. Great home for family to gather. Very comfortable - felt like home.

Excellent home

We are good friends who gathered for the Harbor Springs Festival of the Book and this was a perfect home for us to be at. We loved the wonderfully appointed home and the location was terrific. Every room was styled to fit all of our needs. We could not have been happier!

Was everything we needed!

This house was a perfect fit for our family of 14, ages 1 year to 65. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and we loved the open kitchen and living space. Great location to get to Boyne Highlands quickly, great shopping in Harbor Springs and Petoskey. Looking forward to next year!

Dads-Daughter annual ski trip

The property was perfect and accurately described - we actually had the number of beds advertised (other VRBO's I have used - claim a 'pull out couch' as a bed). Just outside HS and 15 minute easy drive to Nubs Nob. Ample parking for 4 cars and additional street parking if needed. Great big living area and kitchen that we used for every breakfast and dinner. Owners were very pleasant and was easy to contact - we had absolutely no issues with our stay and everyone in our group kept mentioning how great 'a find' this house was. Thanks!

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the porch in the evening. We would certainly recommend staying at 373 E Main. Kelly and Alan were extremely helpful.

Perfect location!

This house is the perfect location for any skiers looking to for a fun getaway. Located downtown harbor springs everything you need is a short walk away and the ski hills are a short 10 minute drive. The space is used very well and accommodates a large group perfectly. The whole home is very well accommodated.

Great house, great location, great choice.

We stayed with a group of 10 adults (5 couples) and the house was absolutely great. Clean, comfortable, and plenty of space to spread out. The front porch was lovely and location to downtown Harbor Springs can't be beat. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs. No complaints, everything worked super well. We can't wait to come back next year.

Perfect home near everything

Can’t beat the location!

A beautiful home within steps from downtown Harbor Springs. The house is beautifully decorated and equipped to host a family vacation. Our group had 6 adults and 3 children. The kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom were absolutely beautiful. The kitchen had all sorts of utensils, spices, pots and pans to cook and big family meal. The front and side porch had ample seating to relax. You could not have a better location. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and the beach. We will definitely return again! Two things were missing but you can work around it. There is no back yard but again there is plenty of space to be outside on the front and side porch. We had a very hot week and the house does not have central AC so the upstairs was around 80 degrees at nights even with the fans running.

Perfect family vacation!

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. Three adult children with spouses, 2 small children. Everyone had there own bedroom and the laundry room doubled as a nursery for pack and play. This house is very spacious and the wrap around porch was perfect for morning and evening gatherings. The location was perfect! Walk to two small beaches and walking distance to town. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this home again! Thanks Kelly!

Making Lemonade out of lemons

Our original house had a pipe burst so we couldn't use it. So, last minute, our home owner got our family set up in two different locations so we could still enjoy the ski weekend that had already been paid for. Thanks soooo much to Alan for his help!!!!!

A beautiful drive up M-119 to Pond Hill Farm or to Legg's Inn in Cross Village.

Only a block away from the beautiful Lyric Theater, one of the finest places to watch the new release movies.

So close for a day trip to Mackinac Island, a ferry ride away from horse drawn carriages and so much history.
