Welcome to Casa de Vera. Enjoy our Spanish style beach getaway, just steps from the water in beautiful La Jolla. This lovely home offers spacious living, with soaring ceilings, romantic fireplace, and fully equipped granite countertop kitchen. Make use of a lux master bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower. Relax on a romantically lit patio and enjoy our 2-car garage stocked with all the necessary beach gear. You're just 3 minutes walking distance from the turquoise waters of Windansea beach!
The space
Our iconic beach home is perfect for families or a romantic getaway. Casa de Vera is pristinely decorated and offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths across 1,825 sqft of living space + private fully enclosed outdoor patio area. It comfortably sleeps 6 guests with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 2 single beds. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and both upper-level bathrooms boast double sinks. Enjoy a movie in the luxurious master suite with a spa like master bath; spend time with family in a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and an outdoor BBQ grill; or unwind from a day at the beach with a glass of wine in the well-appointed enclosed patio.
Casa de Vera is a 3-minute walk down Bonair Street to the exclusive Windansea beach, and a 4-minute drive to the famed La Jolla Village - offering shopping, fine dining, the La Jolla Cove, art galleries and plenty of sightseeing!
Extra features include garage parking for two cars, beach & surf gear, high speed internet access, enclosed private patio, BBQ, and upstairs a full-sized washer & dryer.
