This rental is in a residential apartment community. As such, the employees in the leasing office are not equipped to help with check-in procedures. Please contact us directly for any questions during your stay.

The property is gated and super secure and having Elevators.
Instructions on how to access the building and room will be given to you prior to your arrival.

About the Pool: While we provide access to the building's pool for our guests, it is occasionally closed for maintenance or seasonal issues at the building's discretion. We will not be held responsible if the pool is closed during your trip. We recommend that you contact us to confirm that it is open. Also, the pool is NOT heated.

Regarding check-in time, we kindly ask all our guests to plan for a check-in time of 4 pm as per our house rules indicated in this listing. Early check-in may be available for a fee starting at 1 pm, but please contact us in advance to arrange this. Payment must be submitted 24 hours in advance.

Please note that no early check-ins (before 4 pm) will be allowed unless the guest pays the fee or the host approves it.

Don’t take away bath towels when you check out and don’t use bath towels to clean your dirty or black stuff, if we can’t wash back as before then we will claim to get a replacement from you.

Cooking oil, coffee we don’t provide. You need bring your own
