We truly appreciate your detailed notes regarding comfort and convenience. We want our guests to feel right at home, so we will work on addressing several of your points: we are adjusting the front door deadbolt so it locks smoothly. There is a lamp in the living room and bedroom, but we will look at adding other options. We also have a nice shelving unit in the bathroom as well as hooks that should provide appropriate space for toiletries for a short-term stay, but we will also see if can try to provide more options for guests. We are also looking into a replacement option for the loveseat to ensure better support. Regarding the TV, it is a smart TV set up for guest app logins which is the most commonly used option, but we will make sure our listing clearly states this moving forward so future guests can plan accordingly.
