Very nice place for the , close to everything, host goes well over and above to make sure all is in order, would certainly stay again, very happy with everything

We had a great stay property owner was very informative and prompt in communicating and unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay very close to downtown Cumberland

Adorable and accessible! We stayed for one night while on a roadtrip and needed a pet friendly location. We hit the jackpot with this one. It was clean, cozy and walkable to everything we needed. We enjoyed our dinner at the Crabby Pig and just seeing the historicalPlaces and information around the town. Highly recommend!

Overall, it was a nice stay, quaint. Quiet spot w/a very responsive host. Ty for letting us stay here. Historic town so not surprisingly, this was an older spot. Queen bed - super comfortable. Kitchen was adorable, spacious, bright and fresh feeling for breakfast in the am. Sofas, both comfortable to sit on. I loved the pet bowls/treats for the furry ones. The bathroom - fresh towels and everything we needed. Bedroom - cozy feeling. Some things I think worth noting, for us anyway, kitchen flooring in need of repair in places, w/bulking adhesive failing. Some pieces were bent up causing potential trip hazard. Neither of us could get back door open to go out to sitting area. Never saw W/D pictured in listing. Didn’t need it luckily. Both window A/C units and baseboard heat were off when we arrived. Temps in 50s that night upon arrival. Apt a little chilly. Lighting quite dim overall at night. Silverware stored out on counter - a “no” for me. Missed that in the photos. Would prefer it be put away in a drawer. Too many sick ppl traveling. And dim to no lighting at front door key pad.

It was our third time staying at this property and it was fantastic as always. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every morning. The bed was so comfortable, we slept like babies. Walked down to Canal Place several times with our dog and visited Dig Deep Brewery. Would definitely recommend staying here as its comfortable and well maintained.

Welcoming of pets very clean rooms. The only thing I did not realize was there was only one bed. We had 4 adults, so two adults had to sleep on a couch. But it all work out good.

Great Time in Cumberland

My wife and I spent two nights in the apartment - clean, quiet, easy access, close parking and very comfortable. We biked to Frostberg one day - little bit uphill! and biked the other direction along the river as well.Good restaurants downtown and within walking distance.Highly recommend!

Convenient and Clean Accommodations

Centrally located to downtown Cumberland made it easy to walk to food, shopping and attractions. Space was clean, comfortable, and smelled great! Hosts were communicative and attentive to questions/concerns. During the summer swelter, the ACs were priceless and much appreciated!Only mild disturbances were from local homeless and neighbors- but nothing terrible.Parking and parking entry/exit could use an overhaul. Would HIGHLY recommend to others and would return if given the opportunity.
