This house was perfect for our family of 6, very clean and lots of space for everyone. The pool was great and the canal out back was a bonus for my boys who like to fish. Nick was a great host. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a great place to stay with family and a pet. 3 min walk to the beach was a plus. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Great location!

Very pleased with our stay. The property had all the items we needed and the proximity to the beach was perfect.

The house is nice! The pullout couch upstairs is not comfortable. It has 3 floors. Some of the tv remotes did not work. We had to go buy some AA batteries. The coffee cups in the cabinet are very small. We had to go buy a few that would hold 8-10oz of coffee. The host was very slow to respond to my questions. The downstairs air was not as cool as the 2-3 floors. Some evenings it was too warm. The house is close to the big pool and about one block from the beach.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the home, appreciated its convenient location near the pool and beach, and had an overall pleasant stay. We sincerely apologize that the sleeper sofa wasn't comfortable and that some of the TV remotes needed fresh batteries. We'll make sure the batteries are replaced and inspect the remotes to ensure everything is working properly. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the coffee mugs and will look into providing larger mugs for future guests. We're sorry to hear our response time didn't meet your expectations. We strive to respond promptly and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We had the HVAC system checked and it is working properly. The thermostat was reading 75 on the first floor when you called about it being warm. This is not unusual at all when the temperature outside is 95 degrees and guests are in and out of the door bringing luggage and groceries in. The other two floors maintained a temperature of 72. Thank you again for your valuable feedback. It helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Vacation on the beach

All was good, except the bed in the master was no good, it fell apart Also it said 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, however only two bedrooms had private baths There were 3.5 bath's, will use them again

Spring Break 2024

Great communication from the property manager from the start, easily allowing us to add an extra day. There was ample pace for all 6 of us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a private beach, walking distances to good restaurants or a short drive to others. Highly recommend this location for any family looking for a relaxing time on the beach.
