Excellent reviews. Perfect for ALL ages-families, kids, dogs allowed. Hot tub!

Beautiful custom home, fully handicapped accessible, and completely kid friendly! Your dogs are welcome, and there is an enclosed area off the deck especially for them. Wireless internet, cable, and local phone line. Relax by the gas fireplace with a book or games (puzzles and games provided). Or go outside to relax in the hot tub built into the large deck. Sleeps 10 in beds, 2 in sleeper sofa bed, and 2 more little ones in a crib or pack and play. Sofa sleeper is in second den with doors that close to create 5th bedroom. Dining table, extra table, and additional chairs to seat all sleeping guests. Just ask for any children's items you might need--we have toys, games, videos, booster, jog stroller, etc.

This home is surprisingly roomy with a lot of very good kitchen accessories. Area was nice and quiet with easy access to Grand Lake.

Perfect house for our Grand Lake vacation. There was plenty of space for our family of 5, my in-laws and our 2 dogs. We loved the outdoor space and the hot tub! Katie was an excellent host!

The host was very responsive. The property was perfect for our group. The kids enjoyed the outside play area. The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day. The distance to the stores and restaurants in Grand Lake was good. We went fishing, shopping, and rode side by sides. The Grand Lake area is beautiful.

We had a family of 9 this trip and everything was perfect. There was plenty of room inside and outside. The kitchen is beautiful. The bedrooms were roomy, and the beds were so comfortable. 10/10

Perfect place for a family get together!

Our family stayed here to celebrate my grandparents 60th wedding anniversary and we had a wonderful visit! The hot tub, fire pit, and deck were big hits with our group. There was plenty of room for our large group to spread out and we thought the location was great. I highly recommend this property!

Property was great! We had a big group over for dinner the night before our daughter's wedding, then 7 of us enjoyed a stay here. Quiet neighborhood, great host. Our grandson loved playing with all the toys!

Second stay here! Will come again!

We have stayed here twice for a family getaway, and love the place. Roomy, cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. Beautiful, natural, quiet environment. Hot tub a real plus, and back porch eating in fine mountain weather delightful. We all (ages 2-1/2 to 77) wished we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful and quiet

Loved staying here! Took my daughter and her husband for a weekend getaway for her birthday and this was perfect. The house was very spacious, deck was amazing for all day use, night star gazing spectacular!

Katie is amazing and her quick response to questions/concerns before our arrival was fantastic. The house is amazing, beyond perfection, and better than what the photos show. Our family of 8 were very pleased with everything. The playground and kids toys in the house as well as kitchen items for our little ones were greatly appreciated by their parents and by us the grandparents. The kitchen was well organized and plenty of room for the three cooks in our family. Everyone had plenty of room, the deck and hot tub were awesome. The house is easy to find and close to town for a short drive to Mountain Market for groceries or to various restaurants. I'm familiar with the Grand Lake area for the past 50 years and this home is phenomenal. We hope to come back again. Thank you Katie for everything you did for us. The house was very clean.

Birthday Getaway

Katie was very attentive leading up to the stay and quick to answer any questions I had. The property was very clean and pretty well secluded, making for a nice, relaxing stay! I recommend her as a host!

Communication with the owner was great. Property and house were beautiful. really cool back yard was great for the three families that stayed there…lots of common space but also lots of nooks and crannies to create separation. in the perfect spot, 1 minute to the marina, 3 to the city, 4 to the park. would definitely recommend!

Rocky Mountain Park Trip

Our family, which consisted of a 2yo, 11yo and 5 adults stayed in this lovely home. We enjoyed the large kitchen and deck with the hot tub. The laundry was a huge plus as well. We were very close to the park and the town of Grand Lake was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful, and just as the pictures showed. It was perfect for our famiiy, we had plenty of room to spread out, and cuddle up. The kitchen was well equipped, it had everything we needed. The views from the deck, and the street were anazing. We would stay here again!

After living full time in this picturesque mountain town for many years and working in the resort industry here, we know about hospitality and what makes this local area so special and welcoming. You can stroll downtown Grand Lake and enjoy the shops, restaurants and views. Also, our home is in a perfect location to take advantage of the endless outdoor recreational activities all year long. Rocky Mountain National Park is a VERY close neighbor to our vacation home. We can't be in Grand Lake all the time now, so we hope you will enjoy our home for us while we are away!

Grand Lake is home--to residents and travelers alike. It is a little slice of heaven, perfect for family time, outdoor activity, and peace. This house is SO EASY to stay in. The theme of our feedback and reviews is that all ages love it (something for everyone) and the house is very well stocked for all your needs.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This home is a 1/4 mile from Highway 34 but you wouldn't know it sitting up on the ridge and enjoying the view. The property is around 1 acre with a huge kids' play structure, and campfire area with picnic tables and benches. Dogs have a fenced area right off the deck, so you can let them out without worrying the wild animals will get them! The hot tub is clean and built right into the deck to get in and out of easily. Kitchen is big, easy to use, has double ovens, gas range, and plenty of counter space. We have lived in Grand Lake for years, and have all the local tips, information, and connections you need!
