Welcome to Coastal Chic, your luxurious short-term rental retreat in Hilton Head! As you approach, you'll be greeted by a fenced-in private pool at the front entrance, complete with inviting loungers and a table with an umbrella to enjoy outdoor meals.

The pool, measuring approximately 26 x 12 feet, can be heated for an additional charge, allowing you to take a dip in any season. The entrance foyer sets the tone for the elegant interior, leading you to the main living area where a spacious sectional and a large TV await, providing ample space for the entire family to relax and unwind. Step through the living room door onto a deck with a grill and an outdoor table, offering a perfect spot for al fresco dining while overlooking a lagoon.

The dining room features a round table that comfortably seats eight, creating a cozy atmosphere for family meals. Adjacent to this is a fully equipped kitchen, boasting an oven, gas stove, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and an island with seating for three. An additional kitchen table, accommodating six more, adds to the communal feel. For a more intimate setting, there's a small screened-in porch – ideal for sipping morning coffee or enjoying a quiet moment. Finally, there is a walk in pantry and laundry room. The laundry room is home to a washer, dryer and second full refrigerator.

Venturing down the hallway from the entrance, you'll discover a coastal-themed powder room for guests. The bedrooms are strategically placed for privacy and comfort. The bunk room, with two twin bunk beds, a desk, TV, and an attached bathroom, sleeps four comfortably. A queen bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a spacious screened-in porch offers a tranquil retreat with a lagoon view. The screened in porch is the ultimate year-round space with an A/C unit, TV, queen sleeper sofa and table for crafting or games. Two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other serving as the primary suite with a king bed, each have their private attached bathrooms for added convenience.

The primary suite boasts large windows overlooking the private pool, a luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities, as well as a generously sized walk-in closet. Where is Coastal Chic located?

Coastal Chic is located in a neighborhood called Sea Pines. Sea Pines is a 5,000 acre community located in Hilton Head Island. The neighborhood encompasses private communities, a forest preserve, horse stables (1.4 miles away), PGA Tour golf course (with views right across the street making this house perfect for the Heritage Golf Tournament), beautiful sandy beaches (2.6 miles to the Beach Club), two marinas and many shops and dining. Amongst the most well known areas are Harbour Town Marina (0.7 miles away - a short bike ride) with the lighthouse and South Beach Marina (3.1 miles away) with the infamous Salty Dog Cafe. Sea Pines is a gated community with a gate fee (1 complimentary pass is included in your stay and more can be purchased through us directly) so those staying in the neighborhood have all the wonders of Sea Pines right in front of them. There's no need to even leave Sea Pines while on vacation!

How do you get around while on vacation?

Bicycles are a popular mode of transportation in Hilton Head. Once you rent through Beachside HHI, you can rent bicycles directly from us and have them delivered to Coastal Chic upon arrival. Be sure to look up the Sea Pines trolley schedule for your trip. The trolley runs during the peak season and is free to access.

Note: This home is located in a private, gated community. Gate passes are required for entrance. Reservations include 1 complimentary gate pass, but additional passes can be purchased directly through us. Sea Pines does restrict the number of vehicles/gate passes per property. Parking is available for 4 vehicles at Coastal Chic.

Note: Pool can be heated for an additional fee. Inquire for pricing as it differs seasonally. The pool heater for Coastal Chic is propane.

Note: The first pet is subject to a pet fee of $50 per night (up to $350 max), plus tax. You may bring an additional pet for $15 per night (up to $100 max), plus tax. More than two pets may be accepted on a case-by-case basis; please contact us before booking.
