Great property right on the beach for a large group. Everything is very modern and it has a large kitchen.

Heels in the Sand is an extremely spacious house with a great location. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much any cookware you’d need to prepare meals. The vacuum helped with sand getting in the house. The ice maker also helped a ton. Pool was the perfect size just to soak and relax on the rougher sea days we encountered. The rooms were clean and everyone seemed to enjoy theirs nights rest on their beds. It could have been from the extremely saturated ground but it seemed like a few of the bathroom drains were extremely slow to complete along with the kitchen sink.All in all, was a great place to stay with our large family and would recommend staying here to anyone.

Location. GoodHome. Below average for fees charged. It’s definitely a place for college kids but was just ok for my family. Furnishings were dated.

The house was PERFECT for our trip! We brought our volleyball team for a tournament, and the house was exactly what we needed! Everything was clean and in great condition! We will definitely try to book this same house next year!!

Condo was great. Beach walkway and beach access was amazing!! Amenities not so much. Air conditioning didnt work right, charges money to use the heat for the pool, and the oven was broken. Was very disappointed the heat for the pool wasn’t included in the cost considering how much it was to rent the place during off season. Before you know it, you will be charged to use the icemaker feature on the refrigerators. If it comes with the pool, and you advertise it’s a heated pool. Don’t hide it in the fine print. And if you’re going to charge to use it, include it in the condo rent and not an “extra expense option”. That’s just my opinion and I hope if someone reads this review they will know it cost more for that. We didn’t see it until it was pointed out to us by the property manager. And then wanted us to pay for it knowing it takes days for it to reach full heat and we didn’t have that much time to wait. Personally I would not recommend this one to a friend.

Heels in the Sand was perfect for our large family vacation. Plenty of space for 5 families to have their own space but still have a large open area (kitchen, dining, great room) for everyone to get together for meals and games. Bunk rooms were great for the 6 grandkids. TV's in each bunk was a nice touch also. Pool was small but came in handy since the weather was not good (Double red flags) most of the week. We had a good time in spite of the weather.
