This spacious property offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out, with a thoughtfully designed layout across both the main house and guest house. On the first floor of the main house, you’ll find a primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom, along with a second bedroom featuring a twin bunk bed and a full bed. A half bathroom is located across the hall, and an additional full bathroom sits conveniently near the laundry room. Upstairs, the main house includes another primary suite with a king bed and private full bathroom, a half bath off the hallway, and a bedroom with two full beds. The guest house adds even more flexibility, offering a downstairs primary bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. Upstairs, a loft area features two twin trundle beds, and just beyond the loft is an additional primary bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bathroom—providing generous accommodations for larger groups or families traveling together.



Guest Access:

Please note that the guest access into the home is via a code given for a touch pad on the dead bolt of the door.

Getting Around:

Dominion Energy and Lake Management have announced plans to draw down Lake Murray this winter to help control aquatic weeds.

The drawdown is scheduled to begin this month, September, 2026, with the lake expected to reach approximately 350 feet MSL by January 1, 2027. The lake will remain at this level until February 1, 2027, after which water levels will gradually rise based on rainfall and inflow conditions.

Guests with fall and early spring reservations should be aware that lake levels will be significantly lower than normal during this period. Many docks may have limited or no water access, making it difficult or impossible for boats to reach the dock.

For reference:

Typical summer lake level: 9 feet (358 MSL)

Typical winter lake level: 5 feet (354 MSL)

Planned winter drawdown level: 1 feet (350 MSL)

Other Things to Note:

• Please watch your step going from the living to the pool table room near the fireplace. There is one step down.

• TRASH PICKUP IS THURSDAY PLACE CANS BY THE MAILBOX AT THE CURB WEDNESDAY NIGHT or on your checkout day.

• Do not leave the dock light on past 9 pm. The switch is on the right post as you enter the dock.



• Property treated for pests. Lakes provide habitat for a variety of creatures. The owner is not responsible for wildlife or insects.

• Guests using motorized water toys must adhere to Lake Murray's NO WAKE zones. Close to the docks is a NO WAKE ZONE. If you want to boat, tube or jet ski, please go into bigger water.

• Children must be supervised by an adult when on the dock, swimming, or using any water toys as needed.

• We hope you'll enjoy the water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, paddle boats) during your stay. We kindly ask that after use, please carry the equipment back to the designated area against the house. Please avoid dragging them across the grass, concrete, or stones to help keep everything in good condition.



• To provide a safe and comfortable environment for everyone, primary guests must be at least 25 years old to book accommodations with us.

• As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $3,000 for content and $3,000 for dwelling. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Palmetto will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.

• Before checking in, primary/main guests must complete the online pre-arrival via Charge Automation. This requirement is important for us to gather your travel-related information and ensure you are well-informed of our property rental terms and conditions.
