Very responsive with messaging. Kindly said they would replace the wood on the back stairs w a hole as well as the fire alarms. Kind rent and with these repairs , this is an excellent house right on the water! Gorgeous bathrooms w fun upgrades!

Wish the property owners would send the door code in advance of the stay instead of after checkin time. I am used to getting the code 2-4 hrs before arrival. This created unnecessary stress in what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. The property was consistent with other reviews. We enjoyed having a concrete boat ramp to walk into the lake to swim. And we rented a boat as well and utilized the dock. We did have to improvise in the kitchen as there was no cookie sheet, no spatulas, no pot holders. The appliances all worked well as did the air conditioner on this hot day. The checkout process was the easiest ever helping make up for the checkin communications.

Overall, we had a nice stay. We booked this property because the close proximity to our son‘s wedding venue and the rehearsal dinner at Liberty on the lake. The inside of the home was clean, and it matched the listing. The location worked well for our group, and we enjoyed our time there!!However, I do think future guests should be aware that the property could benefit from better maintenance. The outdoor areas, particularly the dock and steps, have several rotted boards. One other thing to be aware of is the trash pickup schedule. If your stay doesn’t include trash day, the cans may already be full. It would be helpful if the property manager either coordinated trash service between guests or clearly communicated expectations for taking the bins to the curb.We enjoyed our visit and booked this house because of its location and had a wonderful time!

This house is in a great spot on the lake. The downstairs bedrooms with en suite baths are spacious. The upstairs layout is odd - One huge bedroom with two small bedrooms that open into it, and one bath. One of those upstairs bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has a flimsy, very low bunk bed. Maybe good for a family with small children, but awkward for adults to share. AC worked great. The back deck has bug issues, but has a beautiful view. Host was responsive.

Great family-oriented place with lots of room to gather. Kitchen was perfect for cooking our thanksgiving dinner - and we had lots of cooks! Bedrooms are clean and spacious. The lower level by the garage looks to be a bit of a work-in-progress, but there’s plenty of space without using that area.

Great location but the trash hadn’t been taken off the property and the back steps looked like someone could fall through at any time. Dock was also a little scary. Overall cleanliness was poor. A bolt sticking out for a toilet paper holder. Water pressure was poor. No outside furniture for screened porch

The place is ideal if you are looking for a basic property without any added thrills or extras. They ask for all the money up front & I should have second guessed that. You get the code to the home right at check in. The house was spacious, but oddly laid out. The inside seemed fairly clean, but the home needed love & care. There were holes in walls from the doorknobs, smoke detectors hanging with cords exposed (sent pictures upon arriving). The back deck had tons of cobwebs & dead bugs on the siding, the landing to go downstairs had multiple holes in the boards, the lake landing seemed unkept & we didn’t even use it. Would have been nice if it was in good shape & had chairs to relax in. No kayaks or paddle boards to use. Very basic offerings. You only get one towel per person, the water pressure was poor. We had to buy sponges & paper towels as there weren’t any sponges and the paper towels only had a little left. Didn’t have some basic needs for cooking - spatula for one. The washer & dryer are not in the main house & somewhere underneath the house; never actually found them. Lastly, one night we came back & the garage light was on inside. It wasn’t the other two nights we came back late. The check out process was very basic; I guess that was a plus.Definitely not worth the price.

House was very nice however there was no crib or pack n play as was advertised. Could not access washer & dryer. Hot water was slow. Would have been nice to have some hangers in the large closets to hang some clothes. Yard and dock area nice as was the grill.

Great location on the lake!

The house is nice and organized. The floor plan is spacious and the appliances in the kitchen are new. The grill outside is new and worked great. The air conditioners in both the upstairs and the main level work great. The house is in a good spot on the lake close to grocery stores and restaurants. Our boys love to be pulled in the tube and we didn't have to go far on the lake to find great areas for that. The boat dock is in good shape. Just FYI, there are several stairs leading up to both the front and back doors so be prepared for that! There is an elevator available for use but I did not inquire about it. It was locked when we arrived so we just used the stairs. The laundry room is on the lower level in the garage area which is only accessible by going outside and down the stairs if you do not use the elevator. The owner/host of the property is very polite and responded quickly and answered any questions I had. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this lake house.
