The view is amazing and Monica is very responsive if there is any problems. The parking is tight but we were able to park our small SUV in the space provided. The living area was quite spacious and clean. Hope to return next summer. We had perfect weather too!

Good location. Owner responded quickly when issues came up (clogged sink, smoke alarm battery). Parking for 2 cars can be a problem, but there is a free parking lot less than a 5 minute walk away. The property is quite nice, we really enjoyed our stay. Nice deck and view perfect view of the ocean.

The location is amazing, right on the boardwalk and beach. Within walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. The condo was clean and has everything needed except for air conditioning. Our visit was during an unseasonably warm time and the condo was very warm. Breeze from the ocean does not come directly into the main living area and kitchen, only the master bedroom. Additionally, the parking is very tight for larger vehicles. We had a KIA Telluride and it was extremely challenging getting it into the parking spot. If you have a small or mid-sized car it should be ok. Overall, the condo is wonderful and the location makes up for the few challenges. The host was very responsive.

Great place for a beach stay. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Ubered to all attractions to avoid parking hastles at tourist attractions.

The view was amazing..if you can't use stairs their are 30.the tv should be across from sofa..you only have the refrigerator for your food..my daughter made sure their cleaning list was so we could get our deposit we did not.it is on the beach but is around the end building..the view you see in the picture is right..there is no closet in master bedroom...for a penthouse and the price I was expecting better...

HI Karen, I am trying to piece together your review so I could respond. The couch in the living room is directly across from the TV. The refrigerator has a freezer attached to it, so I do not exactly know what you were referring to about the fridge. As far as the deposit please check with VRBO as we do not handle the deposits, that's directly done through VRBO they release the deposit within 5-7 business days of your stay. Thank you for staying with us, as we are always grateful for all of our guest.

Great patio and ocean view. Nice accommodations. The description says two small parking spaces. The spaces are one in front of another with narrow opening. Do not attempt to park anything larger than a very small car or very small crossover. We had to return or rental car for a smaller one after arrival.

The condo was great. Location great. View awesome. The parking space is extremely narrow. Our mid-sized SUV barely fit with lots of maneuvering. The parking lots near Belmont Park did not allow overnight parking. So be forewarned.

Fantastic spot and location

Property was perfect choice for a weekend reunion with some old friends. Great location, right on the boardwalk, and amenities all around. I can highly recommend.

Great location. Enjoyed visiting with adult friends on patio while watching the beach. Everything we needed for meal prep. Plenty space and bathrooms for 6 senior women. Stairs to condo may be a problem if someone had difficulties.

Wonderful beach trip

We had so much fun and especially loved all the amenities like sand toys, beach chairs, and boogie boards for the kids. Great place and a wonderful owner!

Family getaway

Great location. Close to Seaworld and short drive to the zoo. The beach is right outside the condo. We would definitely stay there again.
