This is a super deluxe apartment is located in prestigious La Jolla shores area just 532 steps away from beach and park. This fresh modern home is on second floor with a spacious living room that opens into a dining room and a full kitchen with stainless-steel refrigerator and dishwasher, and stone counter tops. There is a flat screen TV for entertaining and Wi-Fi throughout. Master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable king size bed and second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a window air condition, in living room and ceiling fans in the bedroom. Many of our guest find it so comfortable, they don't want to leave. One parking spot designated to this unit.

Stroll down half a block to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Best of La Jolla is only steps away from the front door of this residence, walk to everything, and never use a car.

The rates are adjusted for season, competitive for the area , type of home, and are firm.

Sleeps four people in bed, roll-away bed available for the 5th person by request and previous arrangement.

We had a fantastic stay! The flat is clean, cozy, and well stocked. You just can’t beat the location- a block from the beach and steps away from amazing restaurants and shops. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this building and we’d stay here again for sure. Great communication and super responsive host. Five stars!! :)

This property is in an AMAZING location! It's so close to the beach. The only draw back was that it's very noisy. We stayed during delivery truck, trash truck, and street sweeping days. Everything starts at around 5am, so just know that you'll get woken up unless you sleep with ear plugs. There are also no shades over the windows so if the noise doesn't wake you the sunlight will. Otherwise, this place is great and the host is phenomenal.

Perfect location to enjoy La Jolla Shores and the shops and restaurants near that. Having a dedicated parking spot was also a huge plus!

We loved staying at this property. Adorable condo in a prefect location. 2 blocks from the beach and around the corner from restaurants, shops and mini store. The property was clean with a spacious kitchen and living area. It has comfortable furniture too. Will definitely be coming back. I recommend staying at this property!

Property was nice- just as described. Loved the location - we walked to the beach and to dining. We really appreciated that they had a bed rail in the closet - the twin beds are high and it made my newly 4 year old feel secure.

Great Apartment & Location!

Super convenient to the beach and restaurants and shops. Property was in very good condition, the bed was comfortable, and the owner/manager was great at communicating. I would definitely stay again!

Business/surf trip

The place was awesome and the owner was very nice and accommodating. Location was minutes to good food, coffee, surf shops, the beach and the Scripps Institute where our conference was. Great place and will be looking to book there again whenever our needs take us to La Jolla.

Great spot next to the beach

Great location with a quick walk to the beach. Close to so many restaurants and shopping. Come and go to the beach with ease, and dedicated parking is key. Traffic at the beach can take an extra minute or two, but was never too bad. Would definitely stay again.

After purchasing this property we took it down to the studs and rebuilt it with all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay. The living, dining and kitchen offer an open concept living. This upper unit offers a large private outdoor space on the ground level for outdoor entertaining. A community BBQ is available for your use.
