Escape to tranquility in this recently updated in the beautiful Hot Springs Village, stunning 3-bedroom townhome boasting 2 1/2 baths. With a spacious 2-story living room and kitchen area, a half bath on the main floor, and all 3 bedrooms equipped with TVs on the upper floor, relaxation and comfort are just for starters. Step outside onto the private deck with breathtaking views and a table for 4, perfect for enjoying the scenery.

Your convenience is assured with 2 assigned parking spaces, newer Queen beds, and TVs throughout. The dining room comfortably seats 6 and kitchen features granite counters, a coffee maker, and Keurig single cup brewer. A well-stocked kitchen awaits, complete with a large assortment of dishes, coffee mugs, pots, pans, and glasses. We even provide coffee and filters for the 12-cup brewer. Great WiFi and a work station desk.

Indulge in leisure activities with access to 11 recreational lakes within HSV, enjoy a round of putt-putt next to pickleball courts and the De Soto golf course, or take a dip in the outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day). Explore 22 miles of scenic hiking trails within HSV.

Our stay at the townhouse was excellent. The beds and all furnishings were very comfortable. We cooked in the kitchen twice and found all the supplies we needed easily. Great spot.

Great Visit!

This condo is the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The beds are very comfortable and after long days of hiking and shopping it was a nice place to come back to. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

I go to Hot Springs every spring break for the horse racing. I was pleased with the property I will not go back to it because of the stairs. I am 78 and should not have booked a townhouse. Other than that the property is great

Very clean! The kitchen was well furnished. We had everything we needed! Nice gas grill for burgers. Quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing and fun weekend. We needed an extra gate pass and the host took care of it immediately. Would recommend this townhouse for a family or group of friends.

Great townhouse in a quiet neighborhood

My family and I spent a wonderful week at this very nice townhouse. There are thoughtful touches all over, plenty of room for the 5 of us and our dog, super comfy beds, and a lovely, quiet neighborhood outside the door. Any issues we had were dealt with promptly, and the owners were very nice people. We would happily stay here again if we decide to return to the area.

Great Place

We love the town home, I can not complain, TV in each room , nicely decorated. For the elderly be careful to get to the townhome you have to walk down about 5-6 steps and in the town home there are stairs 2 1/2 bath, 2 full bath upstairs and 1/2 bath down stairs. The beds are so comfortable We loved it , we were in a girls trip

Cozy and thoughtfully appointed

I couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for a winter visit to HSV. Cozy, with a good layout for entertaining (host-provided games for all ages was a crowd favorite for our crew!), this lodging was cute, clean, and had all the creature comforts we needed to feel cared for during our stay. The host was supremely responsive and gracious. 10/10 recommend for young families!

Wonderful home.

The home was clean and cozy with everything you may need. Honestly my smallest child and the dog loved the stairs. 😂. The beds are super comfy with reading lights that were great. Ty so much for sharing your space.

Beautiful cozy condo

We enjoyed our stay in Hot Springs Village. The condo was clean and inviting and more roomier than I had expected. There was a little confusion with the pass code to get the door unlocked but our host took care of it right away. They were very prompt in returning our text and calls. Highly recommend to family and freinds.

Excellent and Relaxing Place to Stay

The entire condo was very well cleaned. Host was accessible prior to going, during, and after. Host was easy to work with. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Host had beach towels and towels in every bathroom to accommodate. Host also provided dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags. We did not have to go out and purchase anything. We sat on the deck and it was so serene and relaxing. I couldn’t ask for a nicer host and nicer place to stay.

We are from out of state but love visiting Hot Springs Village. We love to stay here when we visit and have tried to make it very easy and comfortable.

It is a quiet and relaxing neighborhood. The views are beautiful, we love being near the golf course and taking short walks on the nearby trails. It is also close to restaurants and easy access to the west gate for grocery shopping.

It is newly renovated, everything is new, modern and comfortable. The decor is well thought out for a pleasant stay. Each bedroom is roomy with plenty of closet space and under bed storage drawers. Smart TVs in every room are an added convenience. Clean and comfortable!
